Dear 444News
Way back in December of 2012, just before my wife and and I moved to Indonesia to become missionaries with Mission Aviation Fellowship, God kind of stopped speaking to me. He was silent, not to be found in whispers, the Word, feelings, praise songs, devotionals… nothing. He was silent for the next 7 years, up until August 2019, when He started to not only speak again, but started revealing Himself in new ways. In the silence I learned to foster a new sensitivity to Him and His presence than I ever had before, one that stood apart from my “feelings” or expectations.
As I was praying last September, the Lord suddenly told me that Hillcrest School (where Kim and I serve) was going to close in the future. When I asked why, He said it would be because of “contamination.” Then March 2020 rolls around, and Hillcrest (along with the rest of the world) closes due to COVID-19. For reasons only He knows, during the first half of 2020 He’s been giving me visions, dreams and impressions of what the second half of 2020 might look like — August, September and beyond.
In addition to that, since mid-July He’s been impressing and confirming with me about an upcoming “3 Days of Darkness.” I don’t know the timing (but I have some speculation regarding September 17-19th), all I know is what I’ve been given.
I don’t typically watch a lot of YouTube, because I don’t want to “muddy the water” or anything, but the other day I stumbled upon a video by Kerianna 83 regarding the “darkness,” and was shocked about how much her words were in sync with what God’s been giving me (esp. about having supplies NOT just for our families, but for those He might send to us). When I found the 444news website, and figured I might as well send you what I have in case you want to do anything more with it. Feel free to use my full name, link to YouTube, whatever works.
I’m not a professional YouTuber. I’m a missionary teacher over in Indonesia, just a guy who loves God & loves Jesus. But I can’t deny He’s giving me these things, so I’m making video as He leads, to share what I have with others.
