I Have Set My King – Jeanette

Why do the nations rage
and the peoples plot in vain?

The kings of the earth set themselves,
and the rulers take counsel together,
against the Lord and against his Anointed, saying,

“Let us burst their bonds apart
and cast away their cords from us.”

He who sits in the heavens laughs;
the Lord holds them in derision.

Then he will speak to them in his wrath,
and terrify them in his fury, saying,

“As for me, I have set my King
on Zion, my holy hill.”

Then the Lord told me,

Leaders whisper lies and plot in vain. It is My plans that prevail. Many say it is the ‘Deep State’ or the ‘Illuminati’ who make leaders do their bidding and control world events, but I, the Lord tell you no one has authority unless it is granted by Me and fulfills My purpose. I am not wringing my hands with worry. All these things must happen. Have I not told you before hand? Do not set your heart on earthly things. Seek My Kingdom and abide in Me. The world will be dissolved and all that is in it burned as stubble in a field. I will judge the nations, says the Lord and all will see Me coming in glory. Do not fear. You will be tested and purified and tribulation must come, but I am with you. Behold I come quickly. Do not doubt My love for you if you abide in Me and I in you. Many call themselves by My name but I do not know them. They seek the world, not Me. I see their abominations. Repent while it is still today. I remove the dross. Do not follow the desires of your flesh. Do not be deceived. Test all things to My word and hold to what is good. Many who call themselves shepherds are wolves and speak lies to lead astray the sheep. They do not fear Me. These too, will be revealed in that Day. Wake up oh sleepy ones. You have forgotten Your Redeemer. Soon many will say there is peace and security but I tell you sudden destruction comes upon them. I hear many say, ‘delay, delay,’ but I say, ‘what delay?’ They are speaking their own fantasy. Many say, ‘we will be rich.’ But, I tell you seek the things that are above and lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven. Consider what I tell you. Come now, align your heart with My will. Soon you will see great and terrible things but you will not be shaken if you abide in Me and I in you. When they say to you, ‘why?’ answer them according to My Spirit.
