“I AM COMING AND I MUST CLEANSE THE WORLD OF SIN!
While listening to a brother preach on 1 John 1:5, This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
The Lord shouted to my heart, “I AM COMING AND I MUST CLEANSE THE WORLD OF SIN!” His voice made me tremble!
He caused me to understand that as we watch and experience the earth groaning, cracking and spewing, we are witnessing His coming.
As He nears, wickedness will continually be revealed more and more and the earth will continue to cleanse itself of our iniquities. (Lev. 18:26-28)
2 Thess 2:8, And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth,and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
Because there is no darkness in Christ, wickedness is being revealed. He exposes everything. Everything will be shaken that can be shaken. (Heb. 12:26-29) Everything is being purged. His Bride will be pure and spotless upon His arrival. Everything that is not of Him is being burned from her as we speak. He is holy and so must His Bride be holy.
The demonic realm is awakening upon His coming; this is why we see so much activity. This is why it seems so dark. The devils screamed at Jesus, “art thou come hither to torment us before the time?” This is their time and they are afraid. Jesus is coming and they know it. They don’t want us to know the lateness of the hour. The day of the Lord will not come as a thief to those of us who are awake and watching. (1 Thess 5:4-6)
But it will be gross darkness just as the Bible says, Amos 5:20, Shall not the day of the Lord be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?
But behind that darkness…what a glorious Light!
2 Peter 3:10-12
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
Ps 97:1-6
1The Lord reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.
2 Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.
3 A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about.
4 His lightnings enlightened the world:the earth saw, and trembled.
5 The hills melted like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.
6 The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.
