Hello Jonathan,
I dreamt that I was on a local beach (the name of which means “perfect place”) with a group of people. Some of the people I knew and some I did not. The beach was very crowded like it would be on a public holiday. What immediately stood out to me was that most of the people were either preparing for a wedding or were currently participating in wedding ceremonies. Many were dressed up in white bridal party attire.
As I observed the surroundings, I noticed the seas which had begun to stir aggressively. The waves suddenly became violent and massive, rolling over one another at great heights. At first, the waters did not move beyond the shoreline—where Father has commanded they remain by His Word—however, as they grew increasingly more violent, I looked around and asked if anyone else noticed. No one seemed to notice or care except a friend of mine, who is a powerful intercessor, whose reaction was one of calm acknowledgement. (A second friend was present whose name means “life” and usually symbolises The Lord Jesus Christ in my dreams. He stood by quietly.)
A moment went by when, suddenly, it was as if the hold on the seas were removed and the waves came quickly flooding onto the beach. The people were quickly engulfed. As the waters raced up to where my friends and I stood, I experienced no fear or panic yet remained braced for the impact. Just before the waters reached us, the ground where we stood was raised up and became a hill. In an instant, we were looking down at the scene and the waters below. The waters still flowed up the hill to about our knees, but they were no longer a threat to us.
— [END OF DREAM] —
“Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.” (Proverbs 24:3-4)
“Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” (Matthew 5:8)
“Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.” (James 4:8)
Psalm 18:13-27
Psalm 91
Please take this dream back to The Lord for understanding and revelation. This is a clear message for The Church and the distinction between those who are watching and those who are distracted; those who are dwelling in the secret place and those who have stepped out from under the shadow of The Lord’s protection; those who live crucified lives and those who are living in compromise, despite having received salvation. Ultimately, it’s a beautiful picture of our Heavenly Father’s abundance of grace, mercy, and faithfulness.
Grace and peace from our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
