Gods Testing of Character, Choices and Commitments

Life is an exercise on who we are, who we have become.  Our journey becomes a testing of character, choices, and commitment.

We are not only who we “say” we are but become the “follow through” of our choices.  Are we truthful, loving and treat others on how we want to be treated?  Do we steal or plagiarize what is not ours?  Do we want what we cannot have while envy permeates our soul?  Are we the type to kill someone’s character, body or soul with our actions or words?  Do we love our creator (God/Jesus) with our heart, soul and mind?  The test continues to our last breath on Earth.  The test has been grueling, painstakingly accurate for God knows what we need to grow, expand and flourish.  He is not shy to give us as much as we can handle, but not an ounce more.  He is forgiving of our trespasses and gives us room to make our own decisions.  He guides and leads but does not push.  Sometimes the space between truth and lies are marginal.  Is a white lie truly the truth, or a carefully constructed fabrication to throw off the truth?  Do we forgive or do we continue in our pride and believe that the sins of others supersede our sins?  Forgiveness of others is a huge test that must be conquered to advance.  For forgiveness, that is not given, weighs down the soul.  It becomes the anchor that will ultimately drown you.  All testing on this Earth is a scenario that brings you closer or farther from God.

Look at your weaknesses and work on them for there is not much time left.  God made you in his image.  Is your reflection a close match or do you see darkness?
