God’s Concept of Perfect

There is no one perfect, other than I Am.  I do not expect perfection since it is not obtainable.  One can get close, but will never be perfect.  Some might say that if this is true, that just knowing of me and what I did on the cross is enough.  It is NOT!  I expect the outline of conduct that is in my Bible to be followed.  Many do not even read my Word.  How do they expect to move towards Salvation without knowing the guidelines?

Many of my children are lazy and would rather spend their time on fruitless things.  The love of this world has blinded them and the direction in life they pursue.

Perfection is the following through of the betterment of one’s soul.    It is the caring for others while negotiating life on Earth.  It is moving from self into us.  It is keeping between the lines of Good and Bad, without crossing the line.  It is the implementation of correcting one’s actions when noticing you are no longer on safe ground.  Perfection is wanting to be better and then striving on that path.  Perfection is achieved thru repentance, knowing my Word so you stay clean and in righteous standing.  Perfection to me, is caring enough to change, to become a better person while exhibiting humility, love and honesty.

We all go through life wondering if we can be perfect.  We cannot.  But trying to reach perfection, is what I see in your heart and that is enough for me.
