Entire East Coast was under water

NIGHT VISION: I had a night vision that the entire East Coast was under water. Then Jesus spoke these words. The entire East Coast including Maine and New England. Then I looked into the sky and saw what looked like Volcanic ash Shootings across the sky. Looks like Volcanic eruptions had taken place. I saw no land anywhere, just water.
I did some research and saw that the Canary Islands are in this area which includes Volcanoes.
2 Corinthians 13:1 “This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.”
Water in the Bible symbolizes purging the evil, He sent a flood to wipe out the wickedness from the earth, except for Noah, his family, and two of every kind of animal. It also means life, Spirit.
