Enough is Enough!

A dear friend of mind, who has received many visions from the Lord about the coming judgments and destructions of Babylon (USA), was sharing videos with old hymns talking about the beautiful times past where the people in America were still mainly Christians and walking in His Ways. After sharing a few songs with old hymns from the Gaithers myself I also felt the sadness, a grieving of the heart, just by reflecting how far America has drifted away from the former days of glory. Thinking about these past times drives you almost inevitable to pray to the Lord to have mercy on America.
Last night I put on a song from Brian Doerksen named “Remember Mercy” during my prayer time, and yes, I quietly asked the Lord to have mercy on this nation. As soon as I did, I heard the still, quiet voice from the Lord:
“My son, I already had Mercy with this nation. I have been delaying my judgments for decades. Enough is enough. My warnings have remained unheeded. My messengers have been mocked. People in this nation keep ravishing in their sins. I had enough. The hammer is going down.”
Since I am not familiar with the term “ravish” I looked it up and found these synonyms:
Allure, fascinate, mesmerize, trance, captivate, please, entrance, delight, hypnotize, overjoy, charm, enrapture, hold, attract, magnetize.
Indeed, if people ravish in their sins, based on these synonyms, and they refuse to repent, eventually, there is no hope left at all. This applies to individuals, but also to entire nations.
KJV Proverbs 29:1 “He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy”.
It is obvious this nation is close to that point. Nonetheless, as long as there is breath in our mouth, we can continue to pray for the lost, including lost loved ones and lost friends. This is the Lord’s Will and the great commission. Judgments have been declared for the nation of America, but God in His Mercy still answers prayers for people in America, I am a witness of that, and He has the power to awake and transform anyone. Never give up praying even if it seems nothing is happening, or that time is no more, and trust Him, for He is always at work.
KJV 2 Chronicles 6:39 “Then hear thou from the heavens, even from thy dwelling place, their prayer and their supplications, and maintain their cause, and forgive thy people which have sinned against thee”.
