Well before 5 AM this morning I awoke realizing that I had another rapture dream!

In this dream it was quite simple and quick:

I found myself working on a roof for a house or large shed with an elder handyman, but then we were stopped by a revelation that someone was not going to be raptured and so I pointed out what was revealed to me. The words were something like this: On any given weekday they would not be found praising Me! I began relating these words to a Christian family that was passing by there in the dream. And I exhorted them and said goodbye and then the dream ended.

Interpretation:

Our Lord is exposing that the hearts of many Christians are devoid of worship until it comes around like a holiday or at best on a Sunday. Then they offer God some prayer and singing perhaps but they have no disciplined, intentional rhythm of worshiping and praising God throughout the week, so that it should be clear to everyone that they do not zealously dedicate their works to the glory of Christ instead of their own appetites and pleasures. This is not living for the Lord: this would be to live for yourself even though you “believe”!

We must not only claim to be believers, we must also cultivate an active worship lifestyle where our days are surrendered to God so that He will receive them as a sacrifice: be a living sacrifice through prayer and daily dedications and active worship.

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God…”
Romans 12:1-2

“Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.”
Revelation 2:4-5

“And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God. Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.”
Revelation 3:1-3
