I had 2 dreams and a word this night.
Dream 1 – 411
In the first dream, I saw the number 411. The digits were alive and were shuffling to make sure they were at the exact spot they should be in. The way they moved was very cute, like little children.
When I woke up, I asked the Lord what 411 meant. I went back to sleep and it was revealed that it meant paddle. I was shown what the paddle was for but had forgotten by the time I wrote the dream down. In the dream I thought it could have other uses too, like to cover things and as a tiny boat paddle if you’ve lost the original ones.
Dream 2 – Extreme Cold
In this dream I was in a snowstorm. I had lost my way after going out from a friend’s place to buy something. I didn’t have a phone with me and so I just kept walking to find my way back. It was extremely cold outside. I saw an overpass and the metal structures on both sides were covered with a gigantic piece of ice. I had never seen anything like this before and marvelled at the sight.
The streets were all iced up. It was daytime but I didn’t see anyone around. There were no cars either. Rescue workers suddenly appeared and asked if I needed help to get to the subway. I declined thinking I was very close to my friend’s place.
Scene changed and I was in the subway. Then I remembered I hadn’t called my mom all that time and she might be worried, and so I called home from a public phone.
Scene changed and I was home. I could smell freshly cooked food. I saw what I thought was clean underwear on my bed, but on closer look, it looked like 2 face masks joined together, each with a little device that could be an exhalation valve or some type of filter. I thought I had probably bought it myself but had no idea what it was for.
Word – Paddle
I got a word shortly before waking up. I don’t remember the exact wording but it was something like this:
“The paddle is very effective and brings children to the face of the Lord.”
I think the 2 face masks joined together may symbolize one pestilence after another. So, putting all these together, the paddle is for discipline, to bring people back to the Lord, and disciplinary actions include extreme cold and a string of pestilences. This verse came to mind, “For when Your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.” – Isaiah 26:9b
