It is no secret what God can do; what He’s done for others, He’ll do for you….an open invitation to the downcast, the rebel, the saint, the sinner. The world offers little hope as statues topple, tempers flare and hearts grow increasingly more callous and hard. The world is a tinderbox awaiting the next spark. Filled with broken promises and shattered lives; ego driven, eccentric preponderant’ of heartache and hatred; fueling the fire, radicalizing the nation, inciting the people as ‘christianity’ slowly erodes from within. The church lies dormant, defeated and doomed to fail; wake up and strengthen the things that remain which are about to die for I have not found your deeds completed in the sight of My God. Your silence is deafening for those who might have heard.
Because I the LORD do not change, I will draw near to you for judgment. I will be a swift witness against sorcerers [strife, witchcraft, hatred] and adulterers [idolatrous worship] and perjurers [lies, deception, slander]. Break up your fallow [forsaken] ground. Return to Me, and I will return to you, says the LORD of Hosts.
We must be as wise as serpents, harmless as doves. We must pray and seek Holy Spirit’ leading regarding all we read, all we hear, even what we see. Each of us is responsible to make our own decisions as the LORD leads. We can not expect others to do for us what you must do for ourselves and for our families.
The Holy Spirit led me to re-read the Book of Jeremiah. As I began reading I could not help but notice the similarities between Judah and America; the comparison undeniable, his words chilling. Jeremiah spoke truth to his nation, and we must do the same. Difficult will be the days, weeks, months ahead; but My Word will forever remain steady, dependable and true. Speak what will bring the lost to My house. Speak to the dying man, speak with the fervency of one warning of danger.
When? – set your eyes toward autumn [dry, leafless, without fruit]
What? – unrelenting evil, darkness surrounds. The church remains silent; witchcraft, lawlessness, idolatry rule the heart of man.
I ask; are we prepared; Some more than others came the reply; but none are totally prepared for what is coming. The devastation will be so great, nothing like you have ever experienced; making preparation difficult, but not impossible. Immerse yourself in My Word; read, read, read and PRAY! Set your heart to learn My ways. Train yourself to pray about everything. Let no decision be made without first praying. Get your spirit in line with My Spirit. Join in what I AM doing. Listen to My still small voice. Trust Me, not man. [I was given Psalm 27-Psalm 32 to read following receiving this Word, it speaks of God’ faithfulness].
The LORD is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear. The LORD is the defense of my life, whom shall I dread? How great is Your goodness, which You have stored up for those who fear You.
Rebellion and righteousness – two roads, two very different destinations. Man has a choice. Man has always had a choice. Man will always have a choice.
I am The Way, and The truth, and The Life, NO one comes to the Father except through Me. Be careful what you choose. Two roads yet two very different journey’ end.
