DEATH and FIRE

Dear brothers and sisters,
This message has been brewing in my Spirit for some time now. At the time I received it, the fires in Canada had just started. However, it wasn’t until today that I was given permission to share it. When I inquired of the Holy Spirit why so late, He shared with me that it’s because He has been testing our hearts to see if we have taken notice of the signs He is displaying around us. Are we being vigilant, keeping our eyes peeled? Now, I realize that since this message was originally given to me that MANY more fires have occurred, places have been devastated, towns have been evacuated. The Holy Spirit just said, ‘THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING. TAKE HEED’.
Early on the morning of Aug.28/2023, as I sat with Father and spent time in His Word, He brought me to Jer.32. Verses 21-24 were really highlighted to me and brought this Word back to memory. The passage talks about how the Israelites were first taken out of Egypt and given the Promised land. But oftentimes they decided to go astray from following Yah’s commands and rebelled. As their punishment, Father gave them into the hands of various oppressors in the course of decades. You can read this account in the book of Judges. Eventually the Israelites were handed over to the Babylonian captivity where they suffered the sword, famine and plague. And because Israel provoked Father’s wrath, He allowed their city Jerusalem and their holy temple to be burned. Hence, it was impressed upon my Spirit that the reason we have been seeing so many fires is to remind us that Father’s wrath is kindled towards mankind because of the weight of its grievious sins upon the earth. He is calling us to be on the lookout and sober-minded, keeping a close watch at the signs He is allowing. May our hearts not become fearful nor hardened, but may we continue to trust in Him for what is to come. Keep your lamps burning by staying in the Word, communing with His Holy Spirit, and fasting. The judgments are rolling. Find refuge in Yah alone.
Zeph.3:8 Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the Lord, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.
DEATH

During my evening readings, and every passage I turned to, I read about death, many deaths.

Jer 15:2, 3, 9 And it shall come to pass, if they say unto thee, Whither shall we go forth? then thou shalt tell them, Thus saith the Lord; Such as are for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for the captivity, to the captivity. 3 And I will appoint over them four kinds, saith the Lord: the sword to slay, and the dogs to tear, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the earth, to devour and destroy. 9 She that hath borne seven languisheth: she hath given up the ghost; her sun is gone down while it was yet day: she hath been ashamed and confounded: and the residue of them will I deliver to the sword before their enemies, saith the Lord.
Jer.16:4 They shall die of grievous deaths; they shall not be lamented; neither shall they be buried; but they shall be as dung upon the face of the earth: and they shall be consumed by the sword, and by famine; and their carcases shall be meat for the fowls of heaven, and for the beasts of the earth.
Eze.6:3, 5, 7 And say, Ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord God; Thus saith the Lord God to the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys; Behold, I, even I, will bring a sword upon you, and I will destroy your high places. 5 And I will lay the dead carcases of the children of Israel before their idols; and I will scatter your bones round about your altars. 7 And the slain shall fall in the midst of you, and ye shall know that I am the Lord.
Job 34:20 In a moment shall they die, and the people shall be troubled at midnight, and pass away: and the mighty shall be taken away without hand.
Jer. 8:12 Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore shall they fall among them that fall: in the time of their visitation they shall be cast down, saith the Lord.
Jer.9:1 Oh that my head were waters, and mine eyes a fountain of tears, that I might weep day and night for the slain of the daughter of my people!
Job 24:12 Men groan from out of the city, and the soul of the wounded crieth out: yet God layeth not folly to them.
When the Holy Spirit brings me to similar verses, it is clear He is drawing my attention to something in particular. In this case, death. As I kept reading these verses, one after the other, I was distraught in my Spirit. I sought refuge in prayer and intercession. The Holy Spirit said, ‘YOU CANNOT STOP THIS JUDGMENT FROM COMING. YOU CAN ONLY INTERCEDE TO MITIGATE ITS EFFECTS SHOULD MORE SOULS CRY OUT IN REPENTANCE’. I asked Father to prepare our hearts for what our eyes shall see. Yah is saying that at some point, there will be too many bodies to count or even bury -on the day He will do this. So much so that hearts will go numb. We will not be able to process it all. Please pray for yourself and your loved ones. May Yah cover us with His divine protection so that our hearts won’t fail us on the day these things come to pass.
FIRE
I have this habit: every night before I lay myself to sleep, I open my Bible to what I could call a “random” spot, and leave it by my bedside. It’s amazing how many times these chapters become direct confirmations to something that happens the next day.
On the night of Jun.28/2023, the passage I was flipped to before bed was Jer.21.
When I woke up the next morning, a video popped up in my newsfeed from a channel I am not subscribed to. In its title, it had the word “Canada”, so I was curious to check it out. The video showed footage of the fires happening in Canada, our forests up in flames. One particular frame caught my eye because it showed so many trees looking like lined up pencils, with this great inferno burning up right behind them. Being that the Bible makes reference to people as trees, I immediately connected it to this spiritual message: so many souls attending their ending in the lake of fire, for hell is a real place. The fires that are happening, as all other signs, are wake-up calls for us to examine ourselves to ensure that we are following Yah on the Narrow Path, that we are living a holy life in covenant with Him. For He will judge the wicked, the unrepentant and the reprobates.
It wasn’t long after seeing this short video, that I gathered with my boys to do our daily reading when I felt led to go ahead with Jer.21. When I got to the last verse, it was as if an arrow was shot to my heart. It read as such:
Jer.21:14 I will punish you as your deeds deserve, declares the Lord. I will kindle a fire in your forests that will consume everything around you.
As I continued my personal Bible study, Father led me to more Scriptures on this subject.
Isa.66:15-16 See, the Lord is coming with fire, and His chariots are like a whirlwind; He will bring down His anger with fury, and His rebuke with flames of fire. For with fire and with His Sword the Lord will execute judgment upon all men, and many will be those slain by the Lord.
We are reminded that Yah is a refiner’s fire that comes to cleanse, to purge, to purify. If we do not harden our hearts when being tested, we can reap the great reward of being made into pure gold vessels where nothing but His presence dwells.

Mal.3:2-3 But who can endure the day of His coming? Who can stand when He appears? For He will be like a refiner’s fire or a launderer’s soap. 3 He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; He will purify the Levites and refine them like gold and silver.
Mal.4:1 “Surely the day is coming; it will burn like a furnace. All the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble and that day that is coming will set them on fire”, says the Lord Almighty. “Not a root or a branch will be left to them”.
Nah.1:6 Who can stand His indignation? Who can endure His fierce anger? His wrath is poured out like fire; the rocks are shattered before Him.
