Two nights ago, July 6th, I dreamed that I was on a university campus in Missouri. I think it was where I attended college. There was an earthquake or sinkhole or something. Something happened with the ground, and several of the 20+ story dorms fell, though they aren’t actually that tall. When they fell, they basically laid down, as though one would set a snake or piece of fabric down. It started at the bottom and the rest just sort of followed, like a line of dominoes would follow. It was the beginning of the fall semester and students were just now being allowed to move into their dorms, so things were very busy. They were mostly freshman and sophomores. Some died, some escaped by crawling out the windows after the buildings “laid down”. There really was no rubble, as it was almost gentle. But still, people were crushed inside, or fell and were killed, but not nearly as many as you’d think. I went to my brother’s office, so I guess it was in Springfield at MU, because my brother has a clinic there. I was trying to get away from campus because I couldn’t deal with the screams. I had to leave. I’d like to think I would’ve stayed to help in real life, but in my dream I ran. The streets were empty and it looked like there had been a storm. I found my brother’s office and there was a light on. His family was there with him because he said electricity was out at the house, as well as most places around town. Maybe he had a generator at work? I don’t know.
I went back some weeks later and was showing a male friend and telling him what happened. He wasn’t from there and hadn’t seen it. We went to a mall-like area, or a student union, which actually was under some of the dorms. We looked up and could see through the windows and see the personal belongings in the rooms. It was so eerie. I don’t think this was the first time I had this dream. I had dreamed the first part, up to going to find my brother, several weeks ago. Then the other day, it repeated, and I went to visit the area with my friend.
Thinking about this dream, the memory of a vision I had a few months ago came back. It was in February, I think. In real life I had been rushed to the ER for severely low blood pressure and passing out. While there, I had a vision of a sinkhole swallowing up part of the hospital I was in, only I knew it was for the future and I wouldn’t be there.
When the condo in Surfside, FL fell, I didn’t make the connection with my dream or my vision. It wasn’t until I was listening to an interview with Paul Begley and Mike from Around the World. Mike mentioned how this would be more common and suddenly my dreams and vision came rushing back into my memory. The interview was on the 7th, the day after the second dream.
