Beyond the Towers: A Vision of Earthly Kingdoms Falling and the Search for the True Kingdom

Dear 444,

It’s been awhile and the dream I am about to share is yet another from the growing list of annual New Year’s Day collection (2026).  I didn’t want to share it originally, because it seemed so fantastical but attached is a photo of it recorded in my journal, from 7 months ago, the morning of.  As half the year has progressed, the immigration crisis and national security issues seem to be fulfilling much of the symbolism—particularly the spirit behind the "creatures from the abyss" and w/ whatever huge event strikes next any day now, I am compelled to end the delay and share it presently…
“ A wide angle panorama of a dusty wasteland scattered with barely recognizable debris, here and there; alone, to the East, stands an imposing but dark and silent stone geolith at great distance – seemingly an old fortress carved into a mountain, now totally lifeless.
(European power or Christianity?)
It is sunset and my gaze turns Westward to another more modern structural monolith, being a skyscraper to rival any in Manhattan but more broad, also.  From without, it looks antiquated but opulent, and within even more so—a marvel of the latest technology.
(Christianity in the West or just America?)
A beautiful hotel inside served wealthy clientele with a waterpark “on the 65th Floor” someone mentioned; cascading slides and interior waterfall features crisscrossed a plaza-sized viewing area and social gathering floor which itself hosted an exotic aquarium, somewhere below.  There were at least another ten floors of columns and marble statues under a Grecian-style dome which rose above it all to what I speculate may have been a grand total of 75 or 76 floors, about the height of the Chrysler Building in New York City.
(Very impressive, but is it really the Kingdom?  250th anniversary year since 1776)
So, I had a knowing of the waterslide experience in my mind as I examined it, which was suddenly interrupted by the screams of many panicked people running from a broken water release somewhere in the adjacent corridors.  Behind the fleeing crowd escaping from flooding hallways into the plaza level, came stumbling semi-aquatic child-sized creatures giving chase among the spillage of many flapping, snapping piranha-like fish on the floor.  People were being dragged down, swarmed and devoured while everyone else splashed for the exits.  Along the way, massive tentacles of some giant cephalopod snatched divers from platforms and people from the slides.  At this point, I once more found myself in the perspective of a security guard, wearing my old uniform and rushing to action, down hallways and into rooms, helping others evacuate.
(Believing these to represent the spirit of creatures from the abyss, like Revelation 09 as some contend; some dangerous if getting too close, others hunting us down, and above it all a principality w/ many far reaching arms)
Upon making our escape, I observed a final scene of some overpopulated neighborhood downstream from the structural monolith.  RV’s and campers surrounded barricaded houses, makeshift tents occupied lawns, and winding footpaths ran between far too many parked cars in the street.
(Some people more prepared than others, but all lines interrupted?)
Scared and tired people seemed to be wearing everything they owned, local justice could only be described as “medieval” and as I look back, I seem to recall the grass growing high in all the vacant spaces.
(Glimpse of life in post-collapse America, specifically after the previous attack, possibly due to war in Iran or oil shortage or both?)

Summary:

  • A barren wasteland reveals the aftermath of destruction, with remnants of once-great civilizations scattered across the land.
  • An ancient stone fortress stands in the East, dark, silent, and lifeless — symbolizing an old power, possibly representing Europe, ancient religion, or a fallen institution.
  • A massive modern skyscraper rises in the West, appearing impressive, wealthy, and technologically advanced — representing Western power, America, or modern Christianity.
  • The tower appears magnificent on the outside, filled with luxury, marble, statues, technology, and entertainment — but raises the question: Is this truly the Kingdom of God, or only the glory of man?
  • A hidden disaster begins inside the tower when the waters break loose, causing panic and destruction.
  • Creatures from the depths emerge with the floodwaters, bringing chaos, fear, and destruction — symbolizing possible spiritual darkness, judgment, or forces from the abyss.
  • The dreamer becomes a security guard, responding to the crisis and helping people escape — representing a role of warning, protection, and guiding others through danger.
  • The aftermath shows a struggling society, with overcrowded neighborhoods, makeshift shelters, barricades, and people living in survival conditions.
  • Civil order has collapsed, with justice becoming harsh and primitive, while abandoned spaces become overgrown — showing a world disrupted by catastrophe.
  • Overall message: A warning about the fragility of human kingdoms, the danger of trusting in wealth and power, and the need for spiritual preparation when earthly systems fail.

Central Theme:
“The kingdoms built by man may appear glorious, but only the true Kingdom can withstand the coming storm.”
