Only a Grain of Sand
Last night in a dream I heard a sound and went to the kitchen door to see what was going on. I saw a young bird on its back, on the ground and something attacking it, sucking blood from its breast. I opened the door and shoowed it away, it flew into the kitchen through the door. Batting it with my hand, it flew out the door again and attached itself to the breast of the bird, again. Relentless! That was it! I stomped on it killing it. There was a crunch sound. I stood back in amazement it was not an animal or insect but a machine! The bird expired. Am stymied by the meaning of this one but the technological reality we will face, is beyond our imagination and totally diabolical.
