I had two dreams on the night of July 24, 2021. I will share them separately although they were given the same night.

This is the first dream :

In this dream I was preparing for a new job as a teacher assistant for small children. I was looking for clothing for my first day at work and although I had doubts regarding what my duties would be and the place I’d be working in, I knew I did not have to worry or even prepare a class because within me I had everything I needed to do the job. I was a bit nervous, but excited and felt very ready. When I went to take a bath so I could go to work I noticed that there were two showers, one by the other, in the bathroom. The one by the side of my shower was occupied by a woman who was also getting ready to go to work. When I was done bathing and ready to put on my clothes I realized I didn’t have appropriate clothing so I went to my mom’s closet (I realized then I was at her house ) and I took one of her dresses. There were many beautiful dresses there. I noticed that suddenly many young women came rushing in. They came to get ready too but they had faces of desperation because they were in a hurry. There was almost no time left and they needed to take a bath and be clothed too.

They also had been called to go to work. We were at my mom’s house and she seemed upset because these ladies had stormed in her house and were looking through her things. She came to me thinking they were with me and that I had given them access, but it was not so.

I apologized to my mom and I began talking to these women. I told them they had come in too late and that I had to go to work. There was no more time. I told them they had to leave the bathroom and the house. At first, they did not want to because they were scared. They knew there was no time left, but I was firm and they left. Only one elderly lady did not want to leave . She was with another person and she wanted me to make an exception with her. She said she had difficulties moving (meaning she had to stay). Nevertheless, I told her there was no time and that she needed to get out because I could not help her. I told her, that I believed if she had been able to get in the house she would also be able to get out, so they left.

Then the scene changed to my second dream which I will share on a separate entry.

Interpretation and relevant Bible verses:

This dream was a clear reference to the parable of the 10 virgins. I was ready for a new job, for a calling that had been made to me and even if I wanted to help others that showed up late and were not ready I just could not because there was no time left to get ready once the call was made. It was not anymore in my hands to help them. Being at my mom’s means I was at the mercy of her will. That was my “parental” home; my Father’s house. In this house was where I bathe (cleansed), was clothed with the appropriate clothing (equipped), and was getting ready to go. Out heavenly Father is the one who cleanses us though the blood of His son Jesus Christ, clothes us in His righteousness, and will call us. I could make no decisions there. I even had to dismiss the others, just like the 5 wise virgins did to the fools that were not ready. Even the person that wanted to stay at the end and tried to find an excuse to sneak in, could not stay. I believe this elderly woman represents people that have been in religion for many years and believe seniority and circumstances people use to not give their all to Christ in repentance and full surrender will be able to substitute a real personal saving relationship with the Father through His son Jesus Christ. That won’t be so. She had to leave too. There will be no excuses for anyone not to be ready when the Lord comes for His Bride.

Please ask the Lord today: Am I ready to go with you?

Prayer: Please Father God, prepare me to be with you. I surrender my will to yours. Forgive me. Cleanse me. Change me. Call me. Send me. Have mercy on me Lord for I don’t know anything unless you show me. I can’t do anything unless you equip me. Get your way with me Lord for I trust you with all my life. In the name of your son and my savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

Matthew 25 1-13

1Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom 2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: 4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. 6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. 7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. 8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. 9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. 10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. 11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. 12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. 13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh
