A Word in Season

It’s officially a new season in much of the Northern Hemisphere—summer as of today, the 20th of June 2026—and winter in parts of the Southern Hemisphere. It is hot and cold respectively. It’s not a coincidence Ruach changed my initial title and gave me the one indicated above. This message is long, but bear with me. I noticed these kinds of long messages began last year at His prompting, and I am made aware they are about to end. This means the subsequent messages will now be short and precise, if Yah will continue giving them. This equally tells you much has been given and time is running out!

On the morning of June 17th, 2026, in a revelation, I was at a place with other people. It seemed to be a place of gathering of some sort. I called a young man and beckoned him to come over. He walked along and came towards me, and instantly I gave him a prophetic word, which was a word in season he needed to hear. The word said, “Walk in simplicity and trust God.” He nodded in affirmation without an iota of doubt, as if that was what he was waiting for. I then woke up to find it was 1:26 am.
Many man-made doctrines have stopped the flow of the Spirit in our churches today. For you to believe God for a miracle, you have to sow a seed, and this cycle is endless. Who sowed into Jesus’ ministry before a mute tongue was loosed or a blind eye opened? Why is it only the sowing part that really matters and not the harvest? When there was an explosion of miracles, signs, and wonders in the early church, it was not pegged on a minister or a doctrine. It was based on the Word, which multiplied, and prayer coupled with fasting.

Even salvation follows a simple concept: accept, believe, and confess. Nothing less, nothing more. Don’t follow strange teachings outside the Word, no matter how captivating they may seem to be. Jesus at one time asked a blind man, “What do you want me to do for you?” And he replied, “Rabbi, I want to see.” And the miracle came through just like that. Nowadays, we trust in the sowing and the seed more than the owner of the garden. We have even forgotten that if the pH of the soil is not right, the absence of rain from heaven will keep the seed from sprouting!

This is a word for someone trusting Yah for something. We are still here in this realm at such a time like this to manifest the Kingdom of God. We will not need to manifest anything when we go to heaven; our labor will end here.

The previous evening, I was talking to a friend of mine and told him about my experiences in the neighboring country. He told me, “Prepare to take the word to other countries. This time you will not go as a visitor, but as a missionary.” I had not seen that coming! He went on to tell me of an Indian man who was sent solely to pray for our country for three weeks, and on completion of the task, he went back to India.

Now the question is, what do we do with the word that we receive? When I was at the ferry terminal in Dar heading to Zanzibar, I arrived at the terminal in good time despite the heavy, early-morning downpour. Being a Saturday, there was a lot of congestion inside the booking office. I was waiting for a departure announcement to be made, and they did not have TV monitors to indicate the necessary information. It was not forthcoming then. While I was waiting, people were boarding. (This is where a word given becomes very important to the recipient.) I used my instincts to suddenly move from my standing position. A worker there had noticed my anxiety for some time before I told him I was to board the 12:30 pm ferry. He helped me move quickly to the check-in gate. The waiting bay was congested, and you could tell people were headed out for the weekend. Had I stood there for another ten minutes, I would have been late to board and forced to wait for the late afternoon ferry.

In another dream, I woke up at 5:45 am from this revelation: I saw that I was on a road going downtown, and then I saw nicely dressed gentlemen who looked like salesmen appear and start giving free gifts to people. I saw a lady bestowed with a gift package as she walked along the road. They were extraordinary gifts, even just looking at the gift hamper. And then this dream lifted off.

One day, you will see people outside the church buildings preaching, healing the sick, prophesying (we are admonished in the Word to desire to prophesy; read the entire chapter of 1 Corinthians 14), and moving in the nine gifts of the Spirit in such a powerful way. They will not do it for money or as a matter of a career, as is the case today in apostate churches. The gifts that will be unleashed are for the benefit of all during a coming revival. The nobodies who are unknown, without big names or ministries, are going to be “packaged” differently. Their reporting authority will be to no man but Yah.

I told you not long ago that a new kind of church will emerge. The old wine will be phased out, and the new wine will flow because the old order will be replaced by a new order. You will see a saint who is not renowned operating in the nine gifts of the Spirit without any prior or advanced theological training, but with Holy Ghost training. I don’t know what will happen “inside,” because in all my dreams for a long time regarding this event, I am only shown the action to be “outside.” The assembling itself, many times, seems to be outside. I truly understand that when many start getting tired of the “inside,” it could be the beginning of this phenomenon. In the early church, miracles, signs, and wonders were in abundance outside—just ask the likes of Peter, Philip, Silas, and Paul.

The church is a boot camp and not a holiday camp. If pastors all over had trained members to go out into the highways and byways, the church would be thriving. Instead, it has become a Sunday retreat center. (There are still a few churches out there that obey the Great Commission.) Is the revenue streaming in directly proportional to the missions budget? The future “sent-out ones” will not depend on the church to be sent out. What if the shepherds feel threatened—do you think they will release the caged sheep? Yah will circumvent this arithmetic to push forward His end-time agenda. Saul was not even a church member before he became Paul. There are many Sauls out there who will become Pauls.

Don’t write anyone off by your carnal judgment or perception, because what is coming has never been seen before. Years ago, I saw someone who drinks to this day singing gospel songs unto Yahweh after the “darkness.” I have never said, “You drunkard!” All along, I have simply believed and trusted that it will be so. If it were some of us, we would be too quick to unleash judgment, yet we forget that we also partook of the same before we saw the light. Now we are seated in the middle of the throne of judgment, forgetting that our own personal righteousness is as filthy rags. Without the cross and the blood of Yeshua, there is no righteousness that can make you enter heaven.

The key to winning souls is seeing souls coming into the Kingdom. They might be sinners, but don’t see the sin as the final outcome. Oswald Chambers once said, “The world is my parish.” If this were your church member, you could not confine him inside the four walls. This would limit his spiritual vision. Shepherds, release members who are called to do their assignments. Stop asking their whereabouts—e.g., “Where were you last Sunday?” I don’t expect my parents to ask me where I was the previous night because I was not there at the dinner table. Well, it’s a fact I stopped living there many years ago because I moved out. Simple answer. The church is like a parent with the sole purpose of nurturing. Then the “go” moment comes, and you go. But unfortunately, today’s shepherds have enclosed everybody inside a box. They jealously protect the “enclosure”—nobody should come out of their “investment.” Even Paul and Silas separated, though the argument was sharp. But I concur with that, because it led to more territory being covered. I have nothing against going to church; as a matter of fact, I do go to church. The main drawback is that we have stopped at that point.

Products go through four major phases: introduction, growth, decline, and then phase-out. Even butterflies go through metamorphosis in their lifetime cycle. Is the church any different? Going out is accompanied by growth. Many new converts were added to the church in the book of Acts. This was because some bold men and women decided to venture out and engage the masses. Paul broke the established diplomatic protocol of the Roman Empire and preached to King Agrippa. At least he heard the word; his own blood was on his own head. He would be judged by what he heard. Prepare to see and witness something very different and powerful beyond the wars, famines, plagues, calamities, and financial crises in the days ahead.

*Note: That special gift hamper is not only about the anointing, but the means to execute that God-given anointing. You know what the accompaniment is. If your organization sends you on an assignment to a far land, they will cater for your travel, visa fee, accommodation, and any related expenses. Where did we get the notion that Yah has ever been broke from creation to date? He is Jehovah Jireh; Abraham knew this too well. When Muslims go to Mecca every year, they travel in their largest numbers. When Christians plan to do outreaches, somehow money becomes scarce and at times everything is put aside. Who is greater—Allah or Jehovah? The greater glory will be accompanied by everything great.*

On June 18th, 2026, I saw people from all over the country congregating to pray at night. This was something beautiful and had taken a long time to occur. A leader was prayed out of power, and it was so. I heard the exact prayer points shooting express into the very throne room of God. The power of corporate prayer was being displayed in action. It was no longer a theory, and nothing seemed impossible. I have seen on a few occasions this phenomenon of this person vacating office. We are now in the season; it is very near to becoming a reality.
Again I fell asleep, and I found myself inside the US Embassy in Gigiri. I saw a lady seeking a visa which was denied. The gentleman in one of the windows handed her a pink paper indicating the visa was denied. This is a message to someone: The door is still closed for you to go to America. It could be a blessing in disguise, especially if you were to stay much longer. Go only where Yah wants you to go; don’t go to a place just because you desire to be there.
I met a Ghanaian man in Dar where I was staying, and he told me his entire family lives in the UK. He lives in Dubai instead, as that is where he felt led to stay. He was in Nairobi for four months before crossing over. His mama questions him at times about why he is adamant about not moving over to the West. He told me he stuck to his guns that he will stay in the Middle East despite his family’s objections. This is a case of going against the grain, or it could be his gut feeling about a matter. Listen to Ruach to guide you about your movements. There is a time to go and a time to stay. If I had not listened to Yah, I would not have gone to Tanzania. You don’t have to consider permanently immigrating from your motherland to get a better life.

I met a Tanzanian lady married to a Swedish man in the place I was staying while I was in Zanzibar. She told me that was her third husband; the first two were locals. However, they often argued a lot, and I sensed they were not even happy that they were in a dream holiday destination. Each had a different date of traveling back to Stockholm. The day I was to check out of Zanzibar, I was walking to the ferry terminal—just a seven-minute walk away—when I saw them arguing on the sidewalk heading to the hotel. While I enjoyed quiet times, theirs was rather loud.

On June 19th, 2026, at around 2:30 am, I was awoken to this word: “The meltdown of the megachurches is slowly beginning.” That word was firmly in my spirit upon waking up. Do your research and you will find out what is happening. Some have lost up to 30% of their members. Business concepts like “branding” are right inside the church.

Pastors, you may not like me saying this, but I don’t want to be liked, or else I will stifle this ministry. The Church of Jesus Christ is not a retail outlet with a sales department to rake in the much-needed revenue and grow the customer base. Successful ministry is not about quantity, but quality.

In the time ahead, you will see the kind of church the Lord has longed to have. The cry of their heart will not be based on their earthly material possessions or what they own and have. This will be their agenda: “What must we do to do the works of God?” The future church will not be concentrated in a building. What if you see people worshipping under a tree—will this make you mad? Better still, what if the Holy Ghost gets ahold of a man in his house, and he falls prostrate on the floor of his home on a Sunday so that he cannot move an inch? Will you deploy the ushers to go and help him out to come to church? I guess he will be experiencing something beautiful he had longed for, for many years, and it had come right through the front door of his house!
The definition of church will have to change; it cannot remain in the manner it has been. The Muslims, Buddhists, and atheists must see a higher power at work to believe. Empty rhetoric will not do the work. It will either be a display of the supernatural at work, or you can sit down on your gazebos or recliners and shut your mouth.

When I was in school, we had Biology, Chemistry, and Physics labs where we went for the practical aspects of the learning experience. When I was in college, I went for a practical attachment for five months at the National Bureau of Standards. I remember on Friday afternoons, some of the office staff used to leave early. I would be left all alone, and my madam boss had her office upstairs. I would do everything I saw the staff members do, in addition to receiving all the phone calls from the clients (some of whom were based overseas). I would write the purchase orders, the service orders, and the quotations, and receive air tickets from the staff of our national carrier to forward them to the relevant offices. In this organization, staff traveled weekly abroad for important meetings and conferences, and every activity was a beehive of movement. Despite being an attachee, nothing went wrong in the absence of others. My boss, meanwhile, took note of everything. At times, I ate free lunches at the canteen courtesy of her as an incentive. When I completed my assignment, she wrote me a very good letter of commendation. She told me if she had the power to absorb me into the organization, she would have done so. The HR department had frozen the employment of new staff during that time. I remained a good friend to many people there. Some used to think I was a staff member because I even used the staff bus for transportation in the morning and evening. Those were the benefits of engaging in the practical aspects of the work.

Now in our times, we have been trained on the “theory aspects,” and the training and concentration have remained there. The practical aspects have been neglected; that is why the church remains the way it is. Who introduced this “Sunday Christianity” thing? It is not found in the book of Acts. When the church prayed for Peter to be released from prison, I don’t think it was on a Sunday, and they congregated in a house. When Paul and Silas were released from jail at night through an act of God, it was not on a Sunday. When Peter and John healed a crippled beggar one afternoon at three o’clock, I don’t think it was on a Sunday. The probability of any miracle or supernatural event happening on a Sunday is 14.3% (if you do your math right). Only Jesus resurrected from the dead on a Sunday. I long for these days to recur again in our time, not following the Sunday cycle! Religion is the main cause of this current mess. If you are still mesmerized by the Sunday order only, as a matter of fact, you are still not ready for the real impact, and that is your own problem. If you are given an exam paper to write and you return blank answer sheets, do you expect to pass? We have not done what is expected of us, yet we want to go to heaven and meet Abba. The Day of Pentecost happened at 9:00 am, and probably it was not even a Sunday! We need another Pentecost to execute the workload to a definite conclusion.

If people would pursue what is unseen with the same zeal they pursue what is seen—e.g., money, wealth, etc.—everybody would make it to heaven. I was talking to a student in grade four recently in my neighborhood. She told me how excited she was because they were going for a school trip, and she was going to board a ferry for the first time in her life. She even told me about the menu they would have during the trip! This reminded me of the large number of students I saw in Zanzibar on a school trip. When I arrived at my hotel gate and knocked, it was an army of students in school uniforms that welcomed me. They had just arrived not long before that time. They were very excited and were laughing most of the time. They kept the hotel atmosphere very lively that weekend. Amazingly, we returned at the same time back to Dar for the 90-minute trip, using the same sea vessel together with their two teachers. Another bunch of fifty students was arriving the same day I left, and the steward was busy making the necessary preparations for their arrival.

Now, it is believers who are never excited or looking forward to their “lifetime” trip to heaven. We live on Earth as if we will still be here in the next hundred years. Heaven does not excite them or elicit a desire to be there. Sometimes I wonder if heaven is so boring that nobody wants to talk about the place. Yet, when they have problems and pray, the answer comes from heaven—the same place they abhor.

Something happened just a day ago. I saw my neighbor’s two German Shepherd dogs playing outside early in the morning. One even came my way as if to jump on me, and I said, “Rex, go back.” I did not know that it would be the last time I would see those dogs. In just a matter of time, they vanished without any trace. Nobody knows their whereabouts, and no word has come forth on the same. Quickly, I thought about the Malaysian flight MH370 flying from Malaysia to Beijing on March 8th, 2014. It vanished without a trace; only speculation has been on the news radar—e.g., what resembled the wings of the plane were discovered off the coast of Madagascar. You know what I am talking about, don’t you?

If you have dual citizenship, are you not entitled to receive the privileges accorded to both citizens? I know of Kenyans who are US citizens. They come back home whenever they can. One is even currently building a home here; he is planning to come back for good. Another stayed for six months here before going back to the US. They are entitled to free entry and exit from the two countries—no restrictions on their part. But we behave as if we were denied a visa to access the heavenly realm whenever we want. We are so comfortable with life in this realm that we forget what Calvary was all about. I don’t know if there is such a thing as a heavenly phobia.

The World Cup bug has caught up with individuals. Because of the time zone difference between North America and the rest of the world, guys are waking up at 1:00 am, 2:00 am, 3:00 am, and 4:00 am to watch their favorite teams play soccer. But they have never woken up even once to pray or read the Word in the middle of the night or early in the morning. People are ready to watch all those 48 teams play it out. Even Marco Rubio, the Secretary of State, had to intervene in the case of a player to get a visa on time. Calculate the number of hours they would have fixed their eyes on the big screen. Our current generation has no time for the realm of the unseen; they are only mesmerized by the five senses. This will majorly contribute to the “left-behind” scenario, if you leave alone sin.

You should develop an interest in where you want to go. If I had no interest in going to Tanzania, even if Yah had told me to go, I would not have moved an inch. Remember Jonah. I hope this word has been a blessing in the times we are entering into. Yah bless you, keep you, and make His face shine upon you.
