A Quarter Was Gone

I had a short dream of a clean, empty dessert bowl which had been placed on a matching side plate. I don’t know if I was about to put something in it, but when I looked at it again, it looked different.
A quarter was gone. It looked like it was sliced off, just like one would
evenly cut a slice of bread. A quarter of both the dessert bowl and the side plate were evenly sliced off. I just stood there looking at it and looking around for the quarter piece that was sliced off. There were no broken or shattered pieces to be seen anywhere.
The bowl as well as the side plate remained standing in the same position that I first saw it but with a quarter of it having been evenly sliced off.
Revelation 6:7-8
Then the Lamb broke open the fourth seal; and I heard the fourth living creature say, “Come!” I looked and there was a pale – coloured horse. Its rider was named Death, and Hades followed close behind. They were given authority over a quarter of the earth, to kill by means of war, famine, disease and wild animals.
