Handmaid of the Most High

This evening the Holy Spirit reminded me of something He shared while I was grocery shopping earlier, it was a lesson given to me and He directed me to share with others.
I was telling the Holy Spirit how upset I was that something I shared in private, had been broadcast all over the internet. I knew that it wasn’t an act to be malicious, but it had very serious repercussions nonetheless. I was upset and angry that the person, who should have known better didn’t consider my safety when they did this and when confronted didn’t even bother to offer an apology.
The Holy Spirit said –
“this is how the enemy will set the trap for many of my children. People in the course of conversation, will speak about other people’s business without considering the audience. Many will do so, out of the desire to be “helpful”, “important”, or “to show a willingness in cooperating” thereby they will offer up their friends and family without considering the outcome for that individual. In some cases, it will be a matter of life or death for that individual, who has needlessly been put in jeopardy”.
Beloved, the Word has a number of cautions posted about being a good steward over our mouths! There are more than 55 verses specifically addressing how we speak about or to others. Yet, gossip is very common in the church and many unnecessary wounds have resulted. Some have even fled the church because of the pain these words have inflicted upon them!
The Holy Spirit has told us ALL WILL GIVE AN ACCOUNT FOR EVERY WORD SPOKEN! That also includes each word printed. Next time you offer your brother or sister to be “roasted” remember, that you will stand before a righteous judge, Almighty God, who will hold you responsible for the outcome! Matthew 12:36-37
Teach your children to be mindful of what they say whether it is on the playground or to an adult. We have heard stories of children being interviewed by a teacher or law enforcement personnel to learn details about their parent’s activities and associations.
Never before have citizens of the world been constantly surveilled by their surrounding world. We have traffic cameras, store cameras, employers’ cameras, nanny cameras, ring cameras, body cameras and even earth surveillance from outer space. Now there are few places we may go, where we are not recorded.
The day that George Orwell predicted is here. Orwell was the author of Animal Farm and 1984. The “ancient lore” I heard was that Orwell was angry that his Illuminati cohorts did not honor a promise made to him, so he wrote those books to expose their plans for humanity and that day few thought possible in the 1940’s has now arrived.
Pray that the Lord will set a watch over your mouth, that you would stop and think before you speak. The enemy loves to trap us with words, he did it in the garden with Eve and he did it with Peter before sunrise, you are not exempt.
May we cease to gossip and instead seek to edify.
