Encouragement to the few, the nothings the foolish burning in his fires, do not think it strange…
Words of encouragement received July 17th 2018 by Patti and Ashleigh
(1 Cor 1 For consider your calling, brothers: not many of you were wise according to worldly standards, not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth. But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are, so that no human beingd might boast in the presence of God. And because of him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption, so that, as it is written, “Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.”)
“I AM coming, he who has an ear let him hear. Many shall fall away, lose faith. In an hour that thou think not sudden destruction, disaster. I have an army prepared for such a day to come, a small army. Think it not strange the works that I do. My judgement comes against those who do not fear me. But, I shall oppose these and all who come against me. My final hour has come. As I was with Moses, shall I be with these, I call them my Chosen Ones. Think it not strange these fires of afflictions I have set their feet upon. For I alone AM God and I do all these things that are pleasing in my sight. I AM the fire that goes before them. Who shall stand before me and not fear? Woe unto the inhabitants who have shaken their fists in my face and said in their hearts Where is your God? I shall stand on Mount Zion, my voice shall roar as Living waters, the floodgates of my glory from my heavens shall soon fall onto the inhabitants of my kingdom. For have I not searched the earth to and fro to seek my beloved who’s hearts are turned only towards me? Few I have found, who I alone have counted them worthy to bear my shame. These are unknown to mankind, but I know their name. I have hidden them, these are my treasures, I have placed them all over the earth, they are of my kingdom. These are not confirmed to this world, nor are they of it.”
“For thou is my beloved, my beloved is mine.
Though the waves may rage and the waters foam I will not leave her in her time of need. The earth is filled with great darkness with the deceptions of the minds of men and I shall be the only light unto those who will see the way through the valley of death, through the valley of good and evil, through the valley of decision. If you don’t take my hand I cannot lead you, anger not at the fires burning you for you were ordained for them to purify you as gold. Though the natural eyes say, “all is well and there is still light”, there is no light in the earth and darkness has now covered the land and the eyes of men. I AM the only light and I shall lead my bride at midnight to the place I am also. Shall she not be joined to her groom she has been preparing for in fire? Shall she not be as one flesh with the lover of her soul? I come quickly in the night at an hour many do not know but my bride will be ready and waiting for my light to come. I shall not tarry through the night I am coming for you beloved.”
Romans 12
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
John 17
I have given them your word, and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.
James 1
Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.
1 Peter 5
And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.
Psalm 23
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
Romans 8
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us. For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now. And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.
1 thess 5
“For you yourselves know full well that the day of the Lord will come just like a thief in the night. While they are saying, ‘Peace and safety!’ then destruction will come upon them suddenly like birth pangs upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But you, brethren, are not in darkness, that the day should overtake you like a thief; for you are all sons of light and sons of day. We are not of the night nor of the darkness;
Matthew 25
As the bridegroom was delayed, they all became drowsy and slept. But at midnight there was a cry, ‘Here is the bridegroom! Come out to meet him.’ Then all those virgins rose and trimmed their lamps.
Joel 2
Blow a trumpet in Zion; sound an alarm on my holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the LORD is coming; it is near, a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and thick darkness!
Like blackness there is spread upon the mountains a great and powerful people;
their like has never been before, nor will be again after them through the years of all generations. Fire devours before them,
and behind them a flame burns. The land is like the garden of Eden before them,
but behind them a desolate wilderness,
and nothing escapes them. Their appearance is like the appearance of horses, and like war horses they run. As with the rumbling of chariots, they leap on the tops of the mountains, like the crackling of a flame of fire devouring the stubble, like a powerful army drawn up for battle. Before them peoples are in anguish; all faces grow pale.
Like warriors they charge; like soldiers they scale the wall. They march each on his way;
they do not swerve from their paths. They do not jostle one another; each marches in his path; they burst through the weapons
and are not halted. They leap upon the city,
they run upon the walls, they climb up into the houses, they enter through the windows like a thief. The earth quakes before them;
the heavens tremble. The sun and the moon are darkened, and the stars withdraw their shining. The LORD utters his voice
before HIS ARMY for HIS CAMP is exceedingly great; he who executes his word is powerful. For the day of the LORD is great and very awesome;
who can endure it?
Rev 12
And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
Rev 12
And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Rev 12
And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
Jeremiah 31
the LORD appeared to him from far away. I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.
Habakkuk 2
For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end—it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.
Isaiah 40
A voice cries: “In the wilderness prepare the way of the Lord; make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be lifted up, and every mountain and hill be made low; the uneven ground shall become level, and the rough places a plain. And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”
2 Corinthians 5
Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord.
Isaiah 41
fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Isaiah 60
Arise, shine, for your light has come,
and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples;
but the LORD will arise upon you,
and his glory will be seen upon you.
And nations shall come to your light,
and kings to the brightness of your rising.
Rev 22
The Spirit and the Bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price.
Psalm 46
God is our refuge and strength,
a very presentb help in trouble therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way,
though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling. Selah There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,
the holy habitation of the Most High.
God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns. The nations rage, the kingdoms totter; he utters his voice, the earth melts.
The LORD of hosts is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah
Come, behold the works of the LORD,
how he has brought desolations on the earth.
He makes wars cease to the end of the earth; he breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the chariots with fire.
“Be still, and know that I am God.
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth!” The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah
