Will They Ever Learn?

My son, why did I have you check that video site today, when you were made aware many weeks ago that there was no more to see in that place? At one time, they even presented a prophecy or two from your site. But when you looked at other entries, you knew that not all that you viewed were words from above. You then sensed in your heart that there was no reason to ever return there.
But what did you see today? A video where this person claimed with absolute certainty that the rapture will occur at the end of August of this year! And the first thing that you noticed was that this video drew 10 times the number of views of almost every other video on that site!
As it is today, so it has always been. Many, many more people are drawn to the false prophets than the true. Do you think it was any different in Jeremiah’s day? Of in Elijah’s? How about during Jehoshaphat’s reign? Did not my word clearly state that there were hundreds of false prophets for every one of my own?
False prophets love to predict specific events. Like the psychics and the fortune tellers, they deal in the paranormal rather than the supernatural. They draw their inspiration from the occult rather than from the divine. They hear the voices of their own masters, which have performed such a convincing job of making them believe that they are actually hearing from above. They operate by the same rules as the pagan, looking for signs and omens in the random things of this earth. Seeking confirmation in numerology, or signs in the heavens, rather than my word. Any and every thing but my word. Stealing each other’s predictions, they see confirmation in the repetition of each other’s utterances.
But my people are not to seek after such signs. Did I not make it perfectly clear that only an evil and adulterous generation seeks after signs? What sign did I actually leave? The sign of Jonah. In other words, the clear testimony of scripture.
Who cares about how many have claimed to have seen angels, or received a special revelation, or was given some unique dream? The ones who eagerly chase after these amazing stories look to other false prophets’ testimonies to confirm their nonsense, rather than scripture.
And why is that? Why do so many more eagerly seek out the false and the deceitful, and so few seek out and find the true? Because men truly love darkness, rather than the light.
Have you not noticed how many are stumbling either to the left or to the right? And it is not just over one specific thing. The devil spends much time walking to and fro. And what is he doing when he is thus engaged? He observes. Through his many slaves, he is observing each and every one of you. He knows many of you better than you know yourself. And the reason that he does so is because so many of you refuse to be completely honest with yourself. You won’t acknowledge your weaknesses. You pretend that you have really overcome all sin, when in reality you have not. And anytime you willingly choose to live in self delusion, that allows the evil one to make you believe a lie. And in believing a lie, you eventually fall.
This is the lot of the vast majority of souls. And this is why there are hundreds of false prophets, compared to the true. So few souls want the entire truth. So few are willing to be brutally honest with themselves. The moment they hear something that they do not like, they run from the truth. Only, when you run from the truth, you will end up in self deceit.
The internet age has made the devil’s job so much easier. While the truth may theoretically be delivered much more readily in a digital world, in practise those that control the internet ensure that the true men of God cannot readily be found, but those that preach a different gospel are thrust in your faces.
Unless you rely on my Holy Spirit to lead you, you will never find the truth. If you rely on search engines and algorithms to locate the green pastures, you will continually be manipulated to drink from poisoned wells. Technology is simply another obstacle that you must crucify your flesh on, if you hope to abide in me. Do not fall prey to the shortcuts and the promises of the internet to lead you to the next great word from the Lord. The only sure word of prophecy is what I speak to your heart, that is based on the foundation of scripture.
If you persist in continuing to seek the latest predictions on the internet, sooner or later something shall ensnare you, even as this person that I am speaking of has been ensnared, who is so certain that I am returning at the end of this month! And how can you be sure that I am not returning at the end of this month? Because my word has already told you that no man knows the day or the hour. Since this person knows that it at the end of August, then that excludes that date, does it not?
There is one specific time that I will return. It is at the time that no one expects (Mt 24:44)!
Learn from the example of this foolish one. When someone tried to gently remind them in the comment section that no one knows the day or the hour of my return, they immediately accused that someone of being divisive! When the devil has no facts to argue with, he insults. Learn from these things, lest you too be swept away in delusion and deceit.
Stay clear of the fortune tellers and the prognosticators. When I speak, I speak not to titillate, but to convict. I speak not to tickle the ears, but to exhort. I speak not to satisfy your curiosity, but to command obedience. I speak to rebuke, to correct, to save and to inspire. I warn, in order to put you back on the narrow path. I do not engage in parlor tricks, but to make my bride ready against the day when my Father releases me to go and reclaim my kingdom.
Until that day, occupy. Do not be caught gazing up at the sky, but be about my Father’s business. While your nations continue to fall, look around you. There are more and more souls that are ready to hear the everlasting gospel. One by one, go plant the seeds. When I return, let me find you busy in the field, tending my Father’s vineyard. Do not be found sitting idle in the market square, waiting for the perfect opportunity to labor.
With those who only wish to talk, let them talk. If you have fallen, get up and try again. If you have stopped hearing my voice, return not back to the field until you have reconnected with me. Overcome your pain, your sorrow, your disappointments and your unmet expectations. Only the overcomers shall sup with me, in my Father’s kingdom. Only the overcomers shall obtain that full reward that you seek.
