Walk Circumspectly

On 9/6/2025 at 8:13am, I received a closed vision from the Lord.  The vision was of a young woman dressed in khaki hiking pants, a beige long sleeved shirt, and hiking boots. On her back was an olive green backpack. She was hiking alone in a beautiful mountainous area and held a walking stick in her hand to assist her on the rough terrain. She was taking in the beauty of the scenic views, but was very cognizant of the many potential dangers that may present themselves along her hike. She made sure to not step on any threats like snakes or shifting rocks that could result in her injury.  She continued to hike and abruptly came to halt, looking at the ground. Her senses were immediately heightened.  Before her was a landmine. It was concealed on the ground, but not in its entirety.  A small part of the explosive ordinance was protruding from the ground.  Since she was aware of her surroundings, she was able to avoid injury or possible death by backing away and changing course. She then went to report what she found to the proper authorities so that the threat could be removed, thereby protecting others that may have come across it’s path.

The vision faded and I immediately received this Word of warning from the Lord:

You must walk circumspectly in the times in which you live.  The enemy has devised pits, traps, devices, and snares to destroy all that is made in My image.  Be not ignorant of the schemes of the enemy!

Avoid and reprove such schemes so that you may continue to be about My Kingdom’s work.  I beseech you to discern the times in which you live and to make wise decisions. Failure to do so could result in your harm or death, and to the harm or death of My People.  I AM with you, but you must do your part in avoiding the snares of the enemy.  Walk circumspectly, call upon Me, and I will guide you through to safety.  I AM The Good Shepherd.  My sheep know Me, hear My voice, and follow Me. Walk circumspectly, My People, discerning the times in which you live and take steps accordingly.

Pray for discernment.

Pray for wisdom.

Pray for knowledge.

Pray for understanding.

Pray for fear of the Lord which is the beginning of such things.

These things are required of you at this time, which is the end of the age.

Interpretation:

Please note the time in which this vision was received…8:13am.  Many Biblical scholars interpret the number 13 as representing rebellion, lawlessness, and apostasy. These are characteristics of the enemy.

The Lord is warning His people to have situational awareness and to change course if necessary so that we can avoid the traps of the enemy.  The enemy seeks to destroy us. Failing to do so could bring us harm or harm others. He tells us to pray for fear of the Lord which in turn gives us discernment, wisdom, knowledge, and understanding.  He will guide us through to safety when we call upon Him because He is the Good Shepherd and He loves us.

What is situation awareness?

Google Overview defines it as “the ability to perceive your surroundings, comprehend the meaning of those observations, and anticipate future events to make informed decisions and take appropriate action, especially in dynamic situations or potential threats”.

This is a strong admonition from the Lord because He is repeatedly telling us to “walk circumspectly”.

The following definitions are from the “1828 Noah Webster’s American Dictionary of the English Language”:

“Circumspectly” is defined as “cautiously; with watchfulness every way; with attention to guard against surprise or danger”.

“Reprove” means to “to make manifest (expose), not obscure or difficult to be seen or understood”.

“Beseech” means to “ask with urgency”.

“Discern” is defined as “to see or understand the difference; to make distinction; as, to discern between good and evil, truth or falsehood”.

“Fear of the Lord” is defined as “reverence, respect, due regard; the worship of God”.
