Unity seems farther off than ever, does it not? My children are being programmed to divide by the same forces and technologies that are dividing the rest of the planet. Machines and algorithms stir up strife and hatred, as that is the way towards increasing one’s popularity. Speaking out of emotion, rather than sound reasoning, has become the order of the day.
My people have chosen to live in the reality that Babylon has created for them. Why are my people choosing to live in the virtual world? Why have they so willingly followed the herd? Why have they abandoned the ways of true fellowship, and allowed the mediation of computer software to guide and influence what they see, what they hear, and ultimately what they believe?
When I bemoan the lack of unity, I bemoan the hatred and distrust that brother has toward brother. Have you not read that when I rebuked the churches, it was over teachings that led directly to sin? I rebuked the compromisers, the justifiers, those that made excuses and new doctrines about why it was okay to engage in idolatry and immorality. Notice I did not rebuke anyone for a difference of opinion in nuances of doctrine that did not lead to greater sin.
But my people attack, divide, and condemn over any and every thing. Have you not noticed the signs of the times? Do you not see how the rebellion against my commandments to all men has gripped the nations? Can you not yet see the implacable hatred and bottomless malice that is being placed in men’s hearts? Do you not yet see that the planet is poised on the verge of an explosion of violence?
While I have raised up those who try to make peace, this is only to buy some time. While certain wars rage on, this is meant to rearrange the pieces as I see fit. All things are rapidly reaching a turning point. A turning point from which there will be no recovering. Yet all the time that these things are occurring, my body seems bent on attacking each other instead of praying for one another, and loving each other. Instead of uniting against the judgment to come, and now even is, many continue to muddy the waters by focusing on differences that matter not. Enslaved to their fleshly need for constant approval, these children, devoid of my Spirit, let the algorithms make their choices for them. Whatever stories generate the most interest, that is what they pursue. And they refuse to do otherwise.
My people, where is your love for the truth? Why can’t the seeking of, and boldly speaking the truth be your primary concern, not what is currently popular and trendy? Many seek the truth anywhere and everywhere except the one and only place that it can be found. Only in my word shall you find the truth that will set you free. Not in your denomination’s doctrine that restricts and hinders you. Not in your pastor’s sermons, which too often keeps you from the truth, rather than leading you fully into it. And certainly not from the internet, whose directives and instructions that underlie it all have nothing in common with my will.
My church, the hour is late. As the world divides into their various camps, shall my people do the same? As the lid on the suppression of violence is being lifted, so will you allow your hardened hearts to continue to hate and reject your brother? What shall you do when I remove all restraint? When your nations explode in conflict, and explode they will, how shall you stand? If your brother in the faith is your enemy, because he is not part of your particular echo chamber, will you turn your back on him when he comes to you in dire need?
Stop listening to those who plant nothing but hate and suspicion over everyone who is not exactly like them. Your very survival may depend on it. If you must hate something, then start by hating sin. Begin with a hatred of the sins that still cause you to stumble. Hate uncleanness, hate all idols. Love my word. Love the righteous path. Embrace true holiness. And above all, never forget the power of love. Then, and only then, can you confidently expect my Spirit to lead you. Then, and only then, will the path forward be made clear.
