Truly Unbearable: the Burden for the USA

I recently experienced a sorrow on Wednesday afternoon that debilitated me, like being intoxicated. I could not drive home from town. This stupor of miserable grief and pain in my heart lasted about an hour. I asked a friend to pray that I could be done with it, or prophesy to be done with it. Just after I sent these words, I heard the Lord:

“Go and prophesy to this nation that they are not My children and I am not their Father, Says the Lord.”

This pain lasted into the late evening. I found myself negotiating with the Lord to take it from me. I barely found room to drive home since the drunkenness of sorrows only lasted for that first hour.

This message is clearly for the USA, a nation that has turned their back on the gospel of full repentance in Jesus Christ, who is the only Way, the Truth, and the Life.
