Dear brothers and sisters,
I hope this message finds you well, working hard in Father’s vineyard, occupying until He comes.
I know for myself, this past month or so, Father has added a couple of new tasks on my list as I continue to prepare this Ark for Him. In the meantime, He has taught me more specifics about my End Times assignment. Lots to meditate on and take to heart. Now, this particular message will concern faith.
I don’t know about you, but these past few years have been quite challenging for me. Yah has been testing me, squeezing me, on so many levels with hardly any break in between.
Life has definitely not been easy. There have been many times when I’ve felt exhausted, beaten, persecuted, pressured to give in. Thanks be to Father, the Almighty, that every time I found new strength by retrieving into my Secret Place, laying my heart out before Him through all my pain, tears and sufferings, always feeling His arms open to embrace me and His unspeakable peace overwhelm my being. I will never forget all the lessons He has taught me and how precious my time of intimate fellowship with the Holy Spirit is.
Matt.7:24-25 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: 25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
Psa.1:1-3 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. 2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. 3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
Father has taught me how to dress myself properly wearing His full armour especially the helmet of salvation which filters out anything ungodly before reaching my eyes, ears, mouth and heart. And my shield of faith with which I can extinguish all the fiery darts and vicious lies from the enemy. He has filled me with an understanding of His Word I never had before, even though I had attended church for over 30 years. These past 4 years have been intense. I would call it spiritual bootcamp training, to be honest. Through it all, I thank Father for His mercy and grace in guiding me and for entrusting me to bring His words and encouragements to you. The Holy Spirit has become my Counsellor, my Best Friend, my Teacher, my Supporter, my Admonisher, my Personal Trainer. Through it all, I know He has been shaping me and moulding me to accomplish the work He has sent me here to do for Him.
April 14/2024 turned out to be one of those difficult days where my faith was being tested. I was grateful when during my evening prayer Yah blessed me with a vision to share.
What I saw was myself standing in front of a large body of water, like a sea or ocean. Right in front of me was something that looked like a plank extending away from my feet and towards the middle of the water – kind of like a diving board, except it laid right on the surface of the water. What I noticed about this so-called “plank” was that it was thicker and more visible by my feet, but the further it extended, the thinner and more invisible it became. At my feet it looked like a thick, wider, wooden plank. At its furthest point away from me, like thin ice.
Right away, the Holy Spirit began ministering to me that this vision had to do with faith. You see, Father’s expectation is for us to learn how to walk on water – deep water, the way Yahshua did. But in order to get to that stage, a lot of times, we begin with taking small steps towards that body of water with His support. Then, as our faith deepens, the “plank”, sort of speak, thins out until it eventually fades away and we are able to walk unhindered, unafraid, at ease. Hallelujah!
The example I was given to illustrate this is Moses. Father first caught his attention with a lit up bush that did not burn up. Then, He showed him his staff turn into a snake, and his hand become leprous. At this point, Moses’ faith must have built at least to the size of a mustard seed so that he could be sent out to speak to Pharaoh and perform the 10 great plagues which eventually lead to the Israelites being released out of Egypt. By the time Moses faced the Red Sea, he knew Yah was not going to fail them. And sure enough, when Yah asked Him to raise his hand over the water, he did not hesitate. So, the waters split on either side and Yah’s people crossed on DRY GROUND. Hallelujah!!
Upon further teaching on the subject, the Holy Spirit highlighted to me that the way we learn how to walk on water is by focusing our gaze on Yahshua; by fixing our eyes on the Author and Finisher of our Faith – not to the right, nor to the left. With that, we have to grasp how to block out all external noises and voices and tune in solely onto our Captain, Adonai T’zevaot.
Remember Peter’s experience when attempting to walk on water? How he asked Yahshua to call him over, then stepped into the water and was able to keep his balance for a short time. But when He saw the wind, meaning when he took his eyes off Yahshua, he began to sink. The same happens to us, spiritually speaking, when distractions, difficult circumstances, accidents, unexpected events function as that wind and cause us to look away, to lose our balance.
Last week, I had a moment when I was really struggling with so many things in my life that were screaming at me from every direction, demanding my prompt attention all at once. Even when I tried to lay them out before Father, one by one, it felt like things were spinning out of control. I had this strong desire to get a handle on them. But, the more I thought about them, the worse it got. So, I asked Father what was the matter, why was I feeling so overwhelmed. That’s when He took me a step back and began ministering to me that I was focusing on the storm rather than on Him; that I needed to take my eyes off my problems and fix them back on Him, leaving everything in His capable hands, to let them fall wherever He saw fit. When I grasped this, His peace came over me at once and filled me with praise and thanksgiving.
Then, He gave me this verse:
Luk 21:26 Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
Brothers and sisters,
Sometimes Yah will put me in a position of difficulty to teach me a lesson, but also to impress on me a vivid understanding of a particular situation so I can better describe it to all of you. With that verse, Father was laying on my heart to give you this heads up:
MANY INCREDIBLY DEVASTATING, UNCONCEIVABLY HEARTBREAKING EVENTS ARE COMING TO THIS WORLD- THINGS THAT WOULD CAUSE A HUMAN HEART TO FAIL – IF NOT PROPERLY GUARDED BY HIS SPIRIT. CONSEQUENTLY, OUR NEW CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SCREAM AND STOMP THEIR FEET AT US, TO TRY TO FORCE US TO LOOK AWAY FROM YAHSHUA. HIS ADVICE IS TO KEEP OUR GAZE ON YAHSHUA, AND WHATEVER TASK HE HAS PLACED BEFORE US.
DO NOT GIVE IN TO THE TEMPTATION TO LOOK AWAY AND REFOCUS ON YOUR PROBLEMS OR YOU WILL BECOME UTTERLY CONFUSED, OVERWHELMED. IT WILL FEEL LIKE YOUR WORLD WILL BE SPINNING OUT OF CONTROL; AS IF YOU ARE STUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF A TORNADO.
THEREFORE, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF HIS INSTRUCTION TO KEEP YOUR EYES FASTENED ON YAHSHUA BECAUSE IN THIS MANNER HIS SPIRIT WILL WORK IN US BY BRINGING US CLARITY AND PEACE. AS WELL, TO GRANT US HIS GRACE TO COMPLETE OUR ASSIGNMENTS AT HAND AND THEN TACKLE EVERYTHING ELSE.
In other words, for those of us whom He has already set on our missions, He wants our focus to be primarily on that. Now, when things get rough, we are not to allow those things to take us off our course and make us feel overloaded, overwhelmed, overburdened or pressured. We are to stay on task, keep our peace in Him, and He will settle the rest. Yah wants us to understand and practice how to lock our eyes on Him now. Such that, as more pronounced judgments unfold, and things will jump out at us, attempting to distract us, that we will not stare into the storm. If we can master how to lock our eyes on Him now, we will be better equipped when the winds pick up.
Matt.11:28-29 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
Finally, Father will take whatever Satan meant for evil against us and turn it around for good, to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. In other words, Yah will ultimately use our struggles, obstacles, persecutions to increase our faith; so we can see His miracles, witness His glory, learn how to command our mountains to throw themselves into the sea and watch it happen before our eyes. And by believing that whatever we have prayed for, that we have already received.
Matt.17:20b) for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
Mark 11:24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
As I’m writing this, the Holy Spirit is reminding me of the time when Yahshua was in the boat with His disciples and a great storm rose up. When the disciples saw the boat covered by the waves, they became afraid they were going to drown. So they decided to call on Yahshua, wake Him up from His nap to let Him know they were not going to make it. We know how the story ends. Yahshua was not terrified, nor fazed by the storm. He immediately went on rebuking the wind and probably back to sleep while the disciples were left wondering, ‘Who is this man!? For even the waves and winds obey Him’.
You see, Yahshua did not allow the storm to instigate fear in His heart. He knew the case rested in His Father’s hands and so He simply addressed it in a collected manner which brought about the amazing result that it did.
This is the kind of faith Yah wants us to have -the kind of faith that will stand firmly in the face of adversity.
On April 18/2024, I received the vision of black stormy clouds moving in. The words that came to me were, ‘A great storm is brewing from the ends of the earth.’ I watched in my vision, as the sky grew darker.
Brothers and sisters,
The storm is here. Can you feel the wind on your face? Can you see the black clouds rolling in?
To conclude, I will add this final encouragement I received on April 15/2024, during an amazing prayer time. That night, the Holy Spirit’s presence was so special; His anointing so strong. I wept for a good portion while Father shared with me some very personal revelations. Towards the end of that prayer, He shared that those who are humble enough to allow themselves to be molded by His Hand, that He is making into perfect vessels, equipped of exactly the right set of skills and enough talents to complete our assignments. Our responsibility is to continue to meet Yahshua in our Secret Place, waiting on Him, yielding to His instructions and following His lead. May Abba Father grant us the ability and the steadfastedness to do so, to become pros at it for the world around us is changing so quickly. May He guard our hearts so they don’t fail us from the fear of those things that are coming upon the earth. And may He increase all the fruits of His Spirit in our lives. In Yahshua’s Name! Amen!!
