THE RISE OF OBAMA
Had a dream last night. I dreamnt I was invited to attend the church of god. Two ladies there I use to work with years ago. We were all sitting in someone’s house in the living room. The guest speaker arrived. It was Barak Obama. I did not want to stay so I excused myself to walk out on the balcony. I saw ladies there talking and eating food. I grabbed something to eat. There was no way out so I finished the food and casually walked back in and there he stood. he looked directly at me I said hello. and he said hello and my name. I said I always wanted to do this, and I ran my hand across his afro and he laughed. After I had done it I felt that he had a scar on his head. Anyways, I left after that and I walked out the front door and got into a car, left that home church. The pastor even was all thrilled to have him and they all were listening to him speak. At first the security wanted to know where I was headed and I said I was going home. Then they let me leave.
It was so casual, so unassuming the whole affair. And that is how people are going to look at and receive him. He will appear to be a normal person like the rest of us, very down to earth, humble and caring. He will be not so much a messiah as a problem solver for the world to restore a sense of balance and normalcy. This church was all middle age and seniors. I did not see any young people there sharing.
