The Name of Jesus Dream

I was engaged in a frantic discussion with my two sisters about the using the name of Jesus and the name Jehovah.
They were saying words to the effect: “It’s Jehovah!”
I replied, “But Jesus saves!”
My younger sister looked away, apparently in disregard, for what I said.
This was all that I could remember from the dream – it goes without saying, yes the Father has a Name, and Jesus did come in the Father’s Name and even said in prayer to the Father at John chapter 17 verses 6 and 26: “I have made your name known to them, (that is to those who were Christ’s followers).”
In fact, one of the church fathers, Irenaeus, is quoted as saying: ”We may learn through Him [Christ] that the Father is above all things. For ‘the Father,’ says He, ‘is greater than I.’ The Father, therefore, has been declared by our Lord to excel with respect to knowledge.” —Against Heresies,Book II, chapter 28.8.
However, with all that being said, while the Father has His special name that belongs to Him and Him alone, what other name has He given to Men that they all may be saved?
In view of this, as Acts 4:12 states, “There is no other name given among men by which we must be saved.” So Jesus is the name given to us, therefore while the Father is the ultimate source, he has given the designation or anointed His beloved Son, Jesus the Christ, this honor of being the only Savior.
I know this may seem trivial to many of you who visit this site on a regular basis – however there are still arguments about these types of matters.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with praying to the Heavenly Father, while seeking the Son in prayer with the aid of the Holy Spirit. In this way, we can be assured of not only a respectful relationship with Jesus, but also a good standing before the Father as well.
God bless you all.
As a recent post mentioned here on this site, that many people are gravely deceived in trying to gain access to the Father without the Son – let it be known, that should you pray to the name Jehovah alone (even in the name of Jesus), you aren’t praying to the One True God of the Universe.
You are praying to another entity (Lucifer\Satan), altogether..
That alone, should give one reason to pause if this is the action that has been carried forth up to this point.
