Who are we that we believe Heaven is our dwelling place? Heaven is for those whose hearts are pure and full of love. Heaven is for those who believe in the creator of all things. Like Jesus paid a price to give Salvation, to those who wish his free gift, one must follow his rules. His rules are not overwhelming. They are rules of common decency, rightlessness, and love for fellow man. They are not difficult to accomplish when following the Lord and Savior.
Many think that belief in God/ Jesus is your ticket into the pearly gates. It is part of that free ticket, but one must be worthy to redeem it. Redemption is given to those who follow me, follow my rules, and know truly who I Am. I weigh all hearts to see if their ticket is valid. Do they know me and my Word? For I Am that Word.
I went through many trials and tribulations while on Earth. I never said that you would be without them. Life is a process of figuring out where you belong upon your death. You are the creator of your destiny through faith, love for your fellow man, and righteousness while on Earth. You bring yourself to Heaven or to hell. Your “ticket” is only as good as the soul it is printed on.
I forgive through repentance. It is never too late until death. No one knows their last moment on Earth; use your time wisely.
Mark 12:30-32 NKJV
30 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. This is the first commandment. 31 And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”
Romans 6:22-23 NKJV
22 But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life. 23 For the wages of sin is death, but gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
2 Corinthians 7:10 NKJV
For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death.
Ephesians 2:8 NKJV
For by grace, you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,
Romans 5:21 NKJV
so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Matthew 5:8
Blessed are the pure in heart,
For they shall see God.
