Texas Church offering the V

I am from Texas. I just got a group text from my pastor telling us that we can contact a Church member and give her our name if we want the V on Monday (3/1/2021) There is no age limit he says. This is being done at a local church in my area.
This is no dream or vision. This is actually happening sadly.
