My children, I have told you that in these latter times, sin would have a much greater hold on than before if you give into temptation. As I remind you of this, many traps have been set for you within your lives within those things that you desire but to have but should not have.
NOTE: I saw in my spirit one of those wide steel traps that, once it snaps shut, the animal has no chance of escaping.
If you fall into these traps My children, you will be unable to free yourself in your own power.
The enemy will attempt to convince you in this time that you can still sin and that nothing will happen, but he is lying to you. He is the Father of Lies.
If you give in to sin in this time and give in again and again (I saw this meant as few as two or three times), the trap will snap shut and bring great destruction to you – great loss in your relationships, in your finances, in your family. This has already been ordained.
NOTE: I saw in my spirit God has ordained this to help His children to more strongly resist sin, but especially those who have a lackadaisical attitude towards it like it does not matter. It matters to Him.
The traps have been set. Now you will choose each day whether you will fall into them. Look at your daily lives. What sinful desires do you still have?
Begin resisting them now in the power of My Word and I will help you get free of them.
If you give into them, know that the trap will snap shut and you will be caught in it.
Choose wisely My children, time is very short now and the enemy desires to have your soul.
Jeremiah 3:20-25
20 Surely as a wife treacherously departeth from her husband, so have ye dealt treacherously with me, O house of Israel, saith the Lord.
21 A voice was heard upon the high places, weeping and supplications of the children of Israel: for they have perverted their way, and they have forgotten the Lord their God.
22 Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Behold, we come unto thee; for thou art the Lord our God.
23 Truly in vain is salvation hoped for from the hills, and from the multitude of mountains: truly in the Lord our God is the salvation of Israel.
24 For shame hath devoured the labour of our fathers from our youth; their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters.
25 We lie down in our shame, and our confusion covereth us: for we have sinned against the Lord our God, we and our fathers, from our youth even unto this day, and have not obeyed the voice of the Lord our God.
John 8:32-36
32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
33 They answered him, We be Abraham’s seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?
34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.
36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
Romans 1:24
24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
Romans 6:6
6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
