So many of my people are living two lives.  On the one hand, they genuinely want to serve me.  They want to ensure a good resurrection by attempting to do what they think is necessary to ensure a good judgment.

But on the other hand, they try to squeeze as much pleasure and enjoyment as they can out of this life.  They continually push the envelope, seeing how close they can come to what they believe is allowable, and what is not.

They form churches, and hire preachers to sing subtle songs of the siren, whispering doctrines of material blessing and physical rewards in the here and now for the faithful.  They find those smooth tongued orators, those who tell them that they can have wealth today, as well as heaven tomorrow.  They convince you that pursuing money is perfectly acceptable, so long as you also honor the Lord with what you have obtained.

But if you pursue the same things that the sinner pursues, then how is that acceptable?  If your life goals are the same as the lost, then how is that fine?  Is not my kingdom as opposed to the kingdom of this world as light is opposed to darkness?  Did I not clearly say that no man can serve God and mammon?

How is it that you pick and choose what to believe, and reject the rest?  You love the Old Testament stories of the material riches of Abraham, yet pay no heed to his willingness to sacrifice even his own son, which was the greatest wealth that he possessed.  You ignore the repeated warnings of the dangers of riches, and the wickedness that springs forth in men’s hearts because of it.

How does anyone, who says that he is my bondslave, feel comfortable and secure while immersing themselves in excessive wealth?  Why are so many of you following the lies of evil men, who teach that godliness is material gain?

Materiel gain is nothing.  Did not my beloved apostle call all things dung, in comparison to knowing me?  If material wealth is called dung, why are so many of my people so eagerly seeking it?  Why are you not content with what I have provided for you?

You are not content because you have been deceived.  You have been deceived because you have been listening to the wrong voices.  You are listening to the wrong voices because you have not fled Babylon.  You have not yet fled Babylon because you have not crucified the flesh.  You have not crucified the flesh because you have not yet taken up your cross.  You have not yet taken up your cross because you have not yet made that sort of decision that I require all my disciples to make.  You have not come to that decision because you have not been exposed to the type of preaching that brings true conviction of sin.  And the reason is that this type of preaching that is so sorely needed is hard to be found.

Rebellion brings famine in the land.  Not just for bread, but for the true words of God.  As famines caused my saints to have to wander far and wide in old times, so some of you will have to wander far and wide to seek my word.  Are you willing to do whatever it takes to find the truth?

Some will have to move physically.  Many others will have to do whatever it takes to find the anointed preaching that will sustain your souls in such a time as this.  You must seek me, and seek me often and early, if you truly wish to be fed.  As I told those when I walked the earth to stop seeking for physical bread only, so I say to you all.  Search your hearts.  Examine them thoroughly.  Be brutally honest with yourselves.  If your heart is still wedded to the things of this world, then drop everything else in your life until that desire is fixed.

As you look at all things around you, you know that your world is crumbling.  Societal collapse is just around the corner, and even is now.  You begin to perceive that no man is able to stop it completely.  Believing that the future holds peace and safety is a fantasy of deceit.

What better time to make that decision to let go.  Your money will not last.  Sooner rather than later you will be all forced to choose.  Shall you be found strong in the Lord, and in the power of my might, or shall you be found weeping and wailing, casting dust in the air, as your house of sand is swept away in the storm to come?  Choose, while there is yet a little time.  Choose, and let go of all that is destined to perish.
