*A historic city in Central America suffering great devastation.

*The Pan-American Highway under discussion, and this will cause unrest.

*A major loss in the corn crop.

*The workers can’t take it anymore; they will take to the streets.

*A municipal building being occupied by the workers.

*A reorganization of the city’s infrastructure is underway to control the masses.
