Pole Shift

The following is what I have assembled.
Recently, I was at a conference where it was mentioned the pole shift was 13% and airport runways were being modified.
I had read several times on this site about pole shifts and how it can impact weather.
I am not a scientist and these matters do not make a lot of sense to me, but I had a desire to dig deeper. So, I am sharing a few quotes and websites that I have found on this topic.

Greenland may be a location with less impact.
UFO/Alien chatter may increase with these changes.
Climate change is a cover story for the shifts.
