📖 Matthew 25:36 (KJV)
Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

📖 Hebrews 13:3 (KJV)
Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.

📖 2 Timothy 3:5 (KJV)
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

📖 Philippians 2:5–7 (KJV)
5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

📖 Mark 10:43–45 (KJV)
43 But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister:

44 And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.

45 For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

📖 Matthew 20:26–28 (KJV)
26 But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister;

27 And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant:

28 Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many

📖 Matthew 19:14 (KJV)
But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

📖 Job 1:21 (KJV)
And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.

📖 James 1:17 (KJV)
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

📖 Jeremiah 10:23 (KJV)
O Lord, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.

Brothers and Sisters, the Lord has said –

The shifts, the shifts are coming. As disaster after disaster impact the world around you (the entire world), you will see people needing help of all kinds, food, water, shelter, medicine. Just as you saw from Helene and other bad storms, including the winter storms that have come and will come, people will loose all of their possessions.

They will come to you for aid. They will come to you for shelter. They will come for food and water. They will come for clothing and transportation, they will come for all that matters. What will they find? Will you be there in their hour of need? Will you do what you can spare or will you do something that improves their lot? Will you treat them as you would hope to be treated?

The tests have already come for you and most have failed abysmally. You sit in your large homes, and have your fancy cars and your designer pets, and your upscale furnishings and look down your nose blaming them for their lot. Saying such things like, who told them to live there? Why didn’t they have insurance? Why didn’t they leave when they were warned? And any other number of ways to rationalize that “you don’t owe them anything”. Let me tell you now, one day, you may find yourself in similar circumstances and be hurt and angry – that no one felt the need to lend you a hand in your hour of need.

You will come to Me crying at the state of your situation thinking it so terribly unfair and I will remind you how you behaved when you saw others in similar situations. I will wonder to you, why are you more special than those you refused to help?

Did I not say, that it rains on the good and bad a like? Matthew 5:45

Did not My Son tell you to seek to be of help when you see a need? Matthew 23:11

Did He not stop all ministry until He could greet the children, who wanted to do a meet and greet? This was your example. Every life matters, not just some. It isn’t based on income, gender or age. It doesn’t matter what job title or physical capability. Mark 10:15

All around you is need. Look around. You see people down and dejected. They have lost everything including hope. But daily you choose to dismiss, ignore or otherwise discharge any manner of ways that you might help. If they ask for food do you go and buy it for them? If they need shoes, do you bring them a radio? These people have the most basic needs and you, who have everything, a nice job, a great dental plan, a house on a hill, you act as though you earned it all (you are the resource, the force that makes it happen, you got up and went) and it had nothing to do with My Divine provision, nope, you “worked hard for everything you own”, who gave you the brains you have, who put you in the path of your career? Who protected you from all kinds of destruction, every day of your life? You did all this? Really? Who do you blame, the day it all disappears? The day the boss calls you in to tell you to clean out your desk, you have been replaced by AI. Suddenly, it will all be My fault. You are so very fickle!

My true followers lay down their lives daily. They don’t assume that all the money they have in their wallet, is theirs to spend however they choose. No, they ask Me, what should they do. They realize that every good and perfect gift comes from Me. They know they are protected by Me because they asked Me to do so. They know that their life is not their own but it is a collaboration with Me. I Am important to their life plan. I Am the one from whom they can rely upon for provision. I Am loving and desire the very best for them. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

So, seek carefully how you will live your life going forward. Realize that things will become so much more challenging than what they are now. Do you really want to go it alone?

I Am forever watching over my creation. My Son made note of this saying that not one hair on your head is not accounted for. I said that for some there will come offense. Do you have the maturity, the humility and the desire to daily walk with Me? Or will you continue to live your life, as if, you have control? What say you? Will you live a life of purpose, desiring to help the person {people} I put before you with a need, or will pretend not to see, not to notice or down right bring offense because you are just too selfish to share what I gave you to enjoy and bless others. Do not seek to hold onto every last penny, every last possession because it is “yours”, never realizing it is truly a blessing to help another. It is a life lesson that some never learn. Do not forgot, there will come a time where the shiny wears off or the purpose is no longer viable due to your age – or some other reason, when your toy no longer brings the fun and frivolousness to your life because it wears out or you do. Luke 12:7, Genesis 12:2-3

One thing is true, it is harder for a rich man to enter heaven than it is for a camel to go through the eye of the needle! Think of this illustration! Though you do not live in a mansion or own an airplane, you are very rich (in the West) despite your own objections to being characterized as such. Do not give up your eternity for things. It is a poor exchange. Accept no substitutes. Matthew 19:23-26

~Handmaid of the Most High~ Acts 2:17-18

As I wrote this, the Holy Spirit reminded me of a meme often posted on bumper stickers in the 1990’s -“He who dies with the most toys wins!” This is such worldly thinking and it takes the focus off Christ and onto wood, hay and stubble. Such things will not exist in eternity. Don’t believe the lie that life is about gaining stuff. If you have a spending problem then you need to go to the Holy Spirit and ask for understanding the lies you have believed and then get set free. Tithing is so important because it causes you to focus on acknowledging God as your true source of all you have and that everything you have is His on loan. The question is, is this true in your life and your choices?

Second, I am sad to inform readers that a past contributor to this site, Benjamin Faircloth, passed away this week. He was 57 and had been terribly sick for this past year with many hospitalizations. He had contracted a parasite while doing missionary work in Cuba (a church was planted there and he was visiting every few months to bring supplies and encourage the growing membership). Initially, it seemed the parasite was irradicated but it had been dormant and came back with a vengeance causing multiple organs to go into failure. Multiple surgeries had been recommended but his heart was weakened as well and the operations postponed.

I considered Pastor Faircloth, my pastor, since I am bedridden and no longer am able to attend church. I watched him for years online and came to greatly admire his love for Jesus, the sheep and service.

He did many amazing things for the kingdom and preached in many nations. He was instrumental in building churches not only in Cuba, but also in Nigeria and India. After Hurricane Helene hit, the church went to the worst hit areas that were not getting any aid. He and Jennifer, his wife brought many supplies purchased by large donations made from other Americans. His wife is also a wonderful woman of God and I ask that you pray for all those, who are grieving in his family and church family. You may leave comments on his facebook page. I know heaven rejoiced when he went home. He will be greatly missed.
