Locust is Coming

Peace be unto all the saints of God. Today is 3/31/2026

I have another prophecy I received in 2020.

In 2020 I was at a park seeking the LORD. And I was watching the skies and I seen an area of darkness in the sky and around the darkness there was a bright light all around the darkness that encouraged me.

Immediately as I was watching that scene. I heard in my spirit.

FOCUS BECAUSE THE LOCUST IS COMING. FOCUS BECAUSE THE LOCUST IS COMING.

That’s all I heard.

As I shared before about a famine coming

I’m aware that sometimes before a famine. God sends the locust to devour our crops.

We see everywhere there’s a water shortage from a lack of rain and heat droughts.

In California, officials was telling residents only water lawn once a week. Something like that.

locust plagues are often depicted as a form of divine judgment sent by God to cause a famine or as a precursor to impending destruction, often to prompt repentance.

In the book of Joel, locusts are described as a “great army” sent by God to devastate crops, serving as a judgment for sins. Described as part of “the day of the Lord,” the locusts destroyed agriculture and caused a severe famine, serving as a call for Israel to repent

Key biblical instances of locusts as judgment:

The Eighth Plague of Egypt (Exodus 10:1-20): God sends locusts via a wind from the east to destroy every plant and fruit left after the hail, resulting in extreme food scarcity

Gigantic new locust swarms hit East Africa, threatening …Since 2020, multiple waves of historic Desert Locust swarms (billions of insects) have infested over 23 countries across East Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia. The initial 2020 infestation was described as the worst in 70 years for Kenya and 25 years for Ethiopia/Somalia, with a second wave in 2020 potentially 20 times larger than the first, lasting until the crisis was brought under control in early 2022.

Encouragement for the saints of God during the Famine whose living for God and Jesus Christ, keeping their commandments. Ask the LORD how he want you to prepare food wise. I was stocking up in one state but that wasn’t the state I was supposed to stock up in because God moved me out of that state. So we need to be at the right place at the right time and don’t move off fear.

19 They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied
