Don’t Shed a Tear

While waiting for my daughter to come out of the grocery store a tow truck whipped into the parking space next to me. I was immediately concerned for the person whose car was about to be towed. My daughter got in and was also moved by the impact of the repossession: transportation for work and picking up children from school. We decided we’d wait to give them a ride home. I asked God and He said no they were unrighteous and to leave. I understood that this was a judgment. They did not have the Father’s blessing of covenant. I actually asked twice because I hurt for the person even though the Lord said they were unrighteous. As we pulled out the tow truck followed behind. He was there all of 3 minutes. Feeling the gravity of the situation, the Spirit of the Lord moved me to prophesy. My daughter was able to capture this portion:

“It shall not come near you, My children. LaTonya, I have warned and warned and now they’ll give Me a bad rap, even when I’ve warned. They will drink that cup that Celestial saw, they will drink that cup. LaTonya, don’t shed a tear for the unrighteous.” [a]

So today, Apr 12th, I awoke to Jeremiah 16, and recognized the Lord continuing His thought on the message ‘I AM – The Law’

Vs 4 Lion = wild animals

Vs 6 small and great people = I will read out the entire docket

Vs 7 cup of consolation = Luke 2:25-26 Jesus is the Consolation of Israel yet they had forsaken Him as has America

Jeremiah was forbidden

a) to marry or have children – this was abnormal and ESTRANGED as Israel was from God and is America.

b) to lament, mourn or grieve the unrighteous; not to honor the dishonorable

As He told me don’t shed a tear for the unrighteous

Vs 17/18 My eyes are on all their ways = I am watching sons of disobedience walk away to their demise

Vs 21 They shall know I am the Lord = I am no plaything

God makes a HUGE indictment at the end of vs 12 “You stubbornly follow your own evil desires and refuse to listen to Me. The first verse a Hebrew toddler learns is Deut 6:4 “Hear O Israel… HEAR! i.e. LISTEN to Him! God is a BOSS! He can say so much with so little.

What’s the point for the believer

Recognize the lion of Judah James 4:8 Draw near to God

Cry aloud and spare not, the destroyer of nation is on His way Jeremiah 4:7

Isaiah 26:20 Come My people… and Psalm 91:8 …see the reward of the wicked and then worship God

Exodus 20:3 Have no other gods before Me (God) – rid your heart, mind, soul, and strength of the world, flesh, idols, workers of iniquity, sons of Belial and disobedience, unrighteous mammon etc (Revisit prophetic message of – KNOW ME NOT)

Step away from that tent

Remember Korah rebellion Dathan/Abiram 250 elders? Separate from all wickedness

Don’t drop a tear for those who choose unrighteousness

God’s judgments will be “a new thing” – stuff our eyes have never seen before – terrible – horrific and these judgments are righteous and justified. He is called the Terrible God.

Keep in step with the Spirit – Galatians 5:25. Jesus is making moves that are off the Richter, and we must follow hard behind Him. Many in this time will say what He is doing is the devil, and what the devil is doing is of God.

What should the backslider/unbeliever/wicked/unrighteous do?

Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand

Psalms 51, 1 John 1:9 repent/acknowledge sins

Romans 10:9-10, ask Jesus to be you Lord, Savior, King

Luke 11:9-13, Ask for Holy Spirit (Teacher/Helper)

Romans 10:17, faith comes by hearing the Word of God – READ your Bible.

Again – Hear O Israel, the Lord our God is One. Hear and obey saints.
