Have you ever had a delay in your life? What about waiting for something for a long time? How does it feel?
Our human nature is anti-delay and anti-waiting. Simply put, it abhors delaying or even further waiting. We have a zeal to get things done quickly, even when at times it is not possible to do so. They say Rome was not built in a day. But in our days, everything you want is within a “touch,” right from the comfort of your home.
Daniel 12:4 says knowledge shall increase, and this has been fulfilled. Even this ministry is done without traveling from one place to another, and we are able to minister to whosoever.
But why do we disobey Habakkuk 2:3? Future, fulfillment, waiting, and delay are captured in this one verse.
When I was working, we would sometimes postpone holding a meeting because of a lack of quorum or other unavoidable circumstances. Sometimes members of the board knew the agenda, but no deliberations would take place. One time there was a political campaign nearby, and people closed their offices to go attend the rally. Naturally, the scheduled meeting had to be postponed.
Sin and all manner of wickedness are more rampant in our world today than they were a decade ago. Who enjoys staying here if they have the opportunity to relocate to a better place? But the wheat and the tares must grow together until the time of the end.
I wrote this message on 6/2/26, but I felt led to release it in March, so I had to wait. I didn’t argue. Can a mortal man confront his Maker who is immortal?
That same morning I saw someone moving with such awesome speed—it was astounding to behold. Those with discernment know what this phenomenon is, or will be.
If the much-anticipated Rapture is delayed or postponed in the future, will you throw accusations at Elohim? Will you accuse Him of deceiving us?
You cannot argue with Yah and prevail. Ask Job.
In Sunday school we used to sing: “Soon and very soon we are going to see the King.” How long has it been?
Consider this: in 1906 a man was given a vision of what is coming to California. How long has it been? Precisely 120 years of waiting for the prophecy to be fulfilled. If that man were alive today, he would likely be regarded as the greatest false prophet of this age simply because his prophecy has not yet materialized.
How many years did Noah preach for people to enter the Ark? The answer is 120 years.
We judge with human lenses, but Yah sees the whole picture.
Abraham waited until he was 100 years old to receive Isaac. You can imagine the rumors around the neighborhood: “What is wrong with Abraham and Sarah?” Nothing was wrong—it was simply the appointed time, characterized by waiting and delay.
Faith never gives up. Only doubt does.
Abraham, a friend of God, asked Yah questions seven times in one prayer session. If Abraham was so spiritual, why did he have to wait so long for Isaac? Some people today would judge him: “Oh, he must be faithless, or he must have hidden sin.”
What about you? Can you say you are perfect?
Even Jesus said He is not good—only the Father is. No wonder He mingled easily with sinners. He was called a friend of sinners. You judge sinners, but you easily forget where you were before salvation.
Hebrews 11 shows that the champions of faith were delayed and had to wait for their promises.
Can I shock you? Some of them died without receiving what was promised. Was God unfair?
Job said, “Though You slay me, yet I will trust in You.”
How do you trust someone who seems to want to kill you? Job had no food, no money, and no friends for a long time. His wealthy friends fled. Who wants to associate with a poor man who is bankrupt? He had the “Affluenza” type of friends. Is that not still our society today?
Delay and waiting were Job’s portion for a long time.
How many of us reading this could endure the sufferings of Job for an extended period? Would we not hear blame games and accusations leveled against the Most High?
By the way, when the double restoration came, the “Affluenza friends” resurfaced!
How will people prepare for the Rapture if true revival does not visit the modern church? Preachers who glorify prosperity deceive believers into trusting money and wealth. They teach that even if you live like the devil, it does not matter.
I am not saying you should be poor to go to heaven. The patriarchs were rich and served God faithfully. But money will fail during the 3 D’s.
Recently I saw people getting promoted spiritually. They were being elevated. Positions will shift, and that should not be a shocker. The “7,000” are waiting in the wings, and the hirelings will be taken out.
Even in the natural world, people get transferred, others retire, and many more get employed. Nothing is permanently yours except your property.
The last harvest will be brought in through the workings of the Spirit, not through oratory skills. The least orator may become the best orator in future outreaches.
The Book of Revelation was written in 96 AD. How long have we waited for its pages to become reality? The Book of Daniel was written about 2,300 years ago. Calculate how long the wait has been.
Wait for the promises of God to be fulfilled, no matter how long they seem to take.
Before I had a career, my first salary came from the church. I served with others. A few later relocated to the diaspora. We didn’t complain that it was not enough or demand more. Some even joked that we were Levites.
But everybody who served then saw Yah graciously open bigger doors for them. I did not see anyone suffering or in need. A blessing that brought dispersion came rapidly.
Once, many years ago, my cousin and I rushed to the airport late at night to pick up a guest from America. She came through a friend, and we had no idea what she looked like. She was on transit to Rwanda to attend a wedding.
When we arrived, we carried a placard with her name on it and waved it slowly. She had already arrived and was waiting to be picked up. She walked toward us, and that was it.
We took her home and prepared a meal for her. The next morning we took her back to the airport so she could catch her connecting flight to Rwanda.
For a college girl, this worked well, and we tried to make her feel comfortable. In those days, it took two days or more to travel to America. There were no direct flights like today.
The point is this: she was patient. She waited and trusted that she would be picked up by two total strangers. She could have said, “They are delaying. I will find a taxi and get a motel for the night.” But she stayed put, and it paid off.
There is something I waited for seven years—since February 2019—and it finally happened in February 2026. I received a phone call three weeks ago, and in less than three minutes the promise became provision.
No matter the prayer and fasting, I had to wait. There was delay.
Again yesterday, as I was writing this message from the Lord, another phone call came through. Once again, what I had waited for a long time finally materialized. I had seen these things in dreams and visions, but I was never told the day they would happen.
God never gives dates to His promises.
Some skeptics I knew said, “Oh, you can never get that kind of thing.” Where are they now? It has come through!
If Yah gives you a promise that you will preach in South America, you will. Doesn’t He know where South America is?
The blessing has come in double—February and March.
Did not Yah tell us of a double blessing coming in January 2026? Did He not say we would see miracles?
What He has done for me, He will do for you.
I give Him all the honor, glory, majesty, and adoration for who He is and what He can do.
Yesterday, when I walked out from where I had relayed my message, the first vehicle I saw had this writing:
“THE MESSIAH IS COMING – PREPARE.”
Then the vehicle following had this writing:
“PILGRIM 001.”
The music resonates well with my testimony.
I thank the Great I AM. He has not put us, His servants, to shame.
