Bread Basket of America

8/9/25 2:24 PM
Sandra West

On 5/28/2025 at 9:51am, I received a closed vision from the Lord. It was a vision of a downspout of a gutter. Water was pooled at the base and the water was flowing backward into the gutter and up into the downspout. It appeared to be violating the laws of physics. I inquired of the Lord and instantly thought of the New Madrid earthquakes.

The 1811-1812 New Madrid earthquakes in the United States caused the Mississippi River to temporarily flow backward. The strong earthquakes caused powerful shaking that uplifted the riverbed resulting in dramatic changes to the landscape.

I continued to wait upon the Lord for more verification. On 8/9/2025 at 8:25am, I received another closed vision. It was a vision of the United States map, but the focus was on the New Madrid fault line states of Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Illinois.

Covering those states was a large earthquake symbol.

As I write this, I received “sudden destruction to the Bread Basket of America!”

The “Bread Basket of America” is the Midwest region of the United States. It is commonly called this because of its major agricultural impact, particularly wheat production. This fertile region commonly includes Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. I was a bit baffled because “America’s Bread Basket” involves states that are not directly associated with the New Madrid fault line.

A quick Google search verified what I heard. The following is provided from Google overview:

“A large earthquake along the New Madrid fault line would have significant impacts on the Midwest, often referred to as the “bread basket of America,” due to its agricultural productivity. Here’s how it could affect the region:

• Agricultural disruption:

• Soil liquefaction and ground failure: The New Madrid earthquakes of 1811-1812 caused widespread soil liquefaction, ground fissures, and land subsidence. A similar event today could damage farmland, disrupt irrigation systems, and alter water flow, potentially affecting crops and agricultural infrastructure.

• Impact on infrastructure: The earthquakes could damage transportation networks (roads, bridges, railways) vital for transporting agricultural products, as well as grain silos, processing facilities, and other critical infrastructure necessary for the region’s agricultural economy.

• Widespread damage and economic impact:

• Damage to urban centers: Cities like St. Louis and Memphis, Tennessee, located within the potential impact zone, could experience severe damage to buildings and infrastructure, making parts of them uninhabitable.

• Economic disruption: The scale of damage to homes, businesses, and infrastructure would cause substantial economic disruption throughout the region, impacting various sectors, including agriculture.

• Population displacement and resource strain:

• Mass displacement: Many people in the affected areas would be displaced, requiring emergency shelters and relief efforts.

• Strain on resources: Providing aid and support to a large number of affected individuals would strain resources and logistics, particularly in the immediate aftermath of the earthquake.

In summary: A large New Madrid earthquake would likely have a devastating impact on the “bread basket of America” by disrupting agricultural productivity through ground failure and infrastructure damage, causing widespread damage to urban areas, triggering significant economic disruption, and leading to mass displacement and strain on resources.”

As I conclude this writing, I received the following from the Lord:

“Oh America, you have denied the Bread of Life (Jesus Christ) by turning your back on him. You are a stiffnecked and prideful nation! Since you have turned your back on my Son, the Bread of Life, I will turn my back on you by cutting off your bread of life, the “Bread Basket of America!”

Please take this to the Lord in prayer and act accordingly to His leading.

Above all, may Jesus Christ be glorified!

If you do not know the Lord Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, I pray you accept His free gift:
