I kept hearing “Babylon, O’ Babylon how art thou fallen!” Then this word came –
4/22/25 @ 1:08 PM
“Daughter, write. Babylon, O’ Babylon how art thou fallen! How I cherished you in the beginning! I set you as a city on a hill. A light to all. A light to a fallen world. No more, O no more Babylon. O how you have fallen! I would have nurtured you back to health if only you had returned to Me, your first love. No more, no more O’ Babylon will you see the light. Only darkness. Dark days lie ahead of you. I called you to repent but you would not have it. You sat lofty and proud saying “No one can touch me; not even God Himself.” I say your days are numbered. Your end is foretold. That end is now. No more O’ Babylon will you turn this world away from Me. No more O’ Babylon will you lie luxuriously in your pomp. No more Babylon. I take. I take it all away now. Your treasures, your pride, everything that you have exalted above Me; I take it now. No more O’ Babylon. No more will I allow you to lead this world astray. No more O’ Babylon. My people leave her at once. Leave her. I bring her down now. Do not be caught in the judgment; the double portion that is her destiny. Come out of her now My people. Come out. Every valley shall be exalted and every mountain brought low. I AM GOD ALMIGHTY and I say it is NOW! Return to Me while there is still yet time and I AM near. Return I say. My judgment comes hard on you my once beloved bride; now Babylon to Me. O’ Babylon how art thou fallen!”
I was then brought to Jeremiah 13:7-11 which reads –
Then I went to the Euphrates and dug, and I took the sash from the place where I had hidden it; and there was the sash, ruined. It was profitable for nothing. Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
“Thus says the LORD: ‘In this manner I will ruin the pride of Judah and the great pride of Jerusalem. This evil people, who refuse to hear My words, who follow the dictates of their hearts, and walk after other gods to serve them and worship them, shall be just like this sash which is profitable for nothing. For as the sash clings to the waist of a man, so I have caused the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah to cling to Me,’ says the LORD, ‘that they may become My people, for renown, for praise, and for glory; but they would not hear.’
Please take it to the Lord Jesus Christ for further understanding.
