Babel is rising.  The confusion of voices.  Everyone with something to say.  So few who know of what they speak.

Babel is rising.  Technology will allow Babel to rebuild and reclaim dominion at a pace and a rate never before seen.  Nimrod of old harnessed the technology of his day to build the wonder of his era.  So it is once again today.

But as they neared completion of their plans, I came down and destroyed their works.  As Babel has not yet completed her new plan, so my people must suffer a little longer while all things written beforehand must come to pass.

My people, if I intervened every time my chosen cried out to me, then how shall the scripture be fulfilled?  Iniquity must run its course.  Yet I shall accelerate events before your eyes, in order to shorten the days of awe and woe.

While many speak, few seek my counsel first.  Before my people jump to conclusions over what they see, I ask you to draw back, step aside, and let my Spirit reveal to you what you should speak and what you should do.  Now is not the time for hasty judgments.  Let my witness build a solid foundation in your heart.  Quit expecting to know all things all at once.  Rather, I shall reveal things that you ought to know line by line, precept upon precept.  Learn to make permanent the truth that you now know.  As you are faithful in a little, so more shall be given.

You will see decisions made and events occur that shall bewilder you.  What you expected from certain ones shall not occur.  Whether these are friends, family, local or global leaders, I warn you in advance, so you will not be so easily shaken when these things occur.

Have I not been telling my people to flee Babylon?  To separate themselves from the things of this world and all its works?  Has not my word been made clear that these are the days of the overflowing of the cup of iniquity by all nations?  Do you not yet understand that your efforts in the flesh to preserve what once was is in vain?

My people, it is not all your fault.  Certainly the church had fallen short of what I desired for it to be.  But there are larger issues at stake.  Men and women shall be moved to say and do things in order to bring events toward a desired end.  You cannot fight the inevitability of scripture.  But you can seek me, and discover your path that you must walk, in order to successfully endure and to overcome, even unto the very end.

I speak these things to remind you not to be shaken if you see things you do not understand.  Here is where the patience and endurance of the saints are needed.  Do you trust me that no matter what takes place, that you will still follow me?  Are you humble enough to admit that you may have been mistaken in certain things?  Are you truly teachable, and able to admit if you have believed a lie?  Can your pride be put to death, and your reputation be diminished in other people’s eyes?

Is it so important that you are always right?

My people in the west have learned much error and vanity from the pulpits.  Your minds have not been trained in meekness, and in humility.  Rather, you are full of pride and arrogance and phony faith.

True faith does not name and claim and proclaim, boasting in your spiritual prowess and authority.  True faith humbly and graciously endures in the face of being considered as the dregs of the earth.  True faith does not rage and rail at personal injustice.  True faith blesses those who have done you wrong.  True faith is able to endure all manner of insults and shame.  Was not my example on the cross sufficient enough for you to follow?

Once again, I remind you to be not like the world.  Be not like those who say they are of me, but are not.  Void of the Spirit, these darkened ones speak without knowledge.  They judge with no light within to guide them.

Let Babel speak.  Let Babel rage.  Be not caught up in the endless multitude of voices.  Come away with me to the lonely place.  Put down your phone, and still your heart.  Spend whatever time that you need in order to discern your task and your place in these perilous times.  I never promised the road would be easy, but I have promised to be with you, even unto the very end of time.
