In this week of Halloween, I thought I would share what I have been experiencing and seeing this year concerning the ‘ever-increasing’ SPIRITUAL WARFARE that is attacking the believers in CHRIST.

If you are walking closely with the LORD JESUS, I would not be surprised if you are also probably experiencing some pretty serious trials, and tribulations! This is because of the times that we are living in…..the ENDTIMES…. where MANY DOORS have been opened (CERN/Witchcraft/Evil) that have allowed the demonic activity to increase substantially …..and soon all humanity will be entering a time where this EVIL will be at its PEAK in all of history:

“For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.” Matthew 24:21

What we are now living in is the BIRTH PANGS to the GREAT TRIBULATION that will bring GOD’s wrath upon the world. In my opinion, these BIRTH PANGS include, not only what is found in Matthew 24:4-13, but also we are seeing the SEALS of the FOUR HORSEMEN of the APOCALAPSE being opened. These are the years BEFORE GOD’s wrath comes starting with the 6th SEAL.

So, while we are experiencing these wars, rumors of wars, plagues, persecutions,and the coming famine and economic collapse, the enemy has also come ‘doubling down’ hard on the REMNANT BRIDE with his PERSONAL ATTACKS. This is because he is trying to WEAR DOWN the Saints, by trying to overcome them by heaping trial, after trial, and attack after attack, with almost no pause in between… similar to tossed in a roaring sea, and being hit with wave after wave.

“It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.” Revelation 13:7

“And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.” Daniel 7:25

Lately, I have had many people write me about what they are going through right now…..and there is NO DOUBT in my mind that the enemy knows his time is short….so his attacks on GOD’s people are even greater! Remember that he doesn’t need to go after the unbelievers, because he already has them deceived! No! Instead he spends his time in making plans to try to capture, trap, and to deceive the true believer….in order to WEAKEN THEIR FAITH, thus getting a FOOTHOLD into their lives!

For me personally, this has been the year where I, too, have been encountering some of the strangest, and ongoing attacks like never before. None of it is natural or normal…. especially since it is so consistent, and constant. This is how we can recognize the hand of the enemy by the strongholds become demonic cycles….when they repeat themselves over and over again!

When this happens, it is time to not ignore the obvious any longer, but to start seeking methods to counter-act the attacks. This comes through different methods of spiritual warfare by applying the different strategies that are mentioned in the WORD.

The BIGGEST example for us to follow is in Matthew 4, when JESUS was under attack from satan in the wilderness. It was there that HE was tested 3 different times, as satan tried to tempt HIM. Each time, we can read how JESUS answered Satan only with Scripture. After the 3rd time, Satan finally fled JESUS’s presence.

This is the best pattern for us to follow today. We are to RESIST the devil, and he will flee, like it promises in James 4:7. However, there is a CONDITION for satan to flee from our presence: we must FIRST be SUBMITTED TO GOD:

“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” James 4:7

We can ‘claim’ the above verse over, and over again…..however, if we are not SURRENDERED to CHRIST, then the enemy might have a LEGAL right to be harnessing you! For satan’s kingdom is based on legalities and hierarchies. He is the ‘accuser of the brethern’ looking for any open door he can use against us.

This is why it is essential to walk in REPENTANCE, and CONFESSION, with CLOSED DOORS to sin. This calls for true HUMBLENESS towards the LORD. If we are not at that place, then we can’t command the devil to flee!

This can also apply to most promises in the WORD of GOD. If we are not in a place of SURRENDER, HUMBLENESS, OBEDIENCE, and FAITH, then we might not see the answers to our prayers that we are looking for! Pride, selfishness, ungodliness, anger, bitterness, resentment, fear, anxiety, and other repetitive sins can definitely get in the way!!

In James 5:16 it says that it is the PRAYERS of the RIGHTEOUS MAN are effective! This ‘effectual fervent’ prayer contains the POWER to heal and bring forth miracles:

“Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” James 5:16

These miracles can come forth through the DUNAMIS POWER OF THE RESURRECTION of CHRIST that lives in us! As believers in CHRIST, we have that same POWER that we can activate, proclaim, and declare!

The WORD contains all the promises and applications that we need in every case, for every trial, testing or tribulation. Not only to we need to be in a place of SURRENDER, OBEDIENCE, and HUMBLNESS before the LORD, but we must KNOW the WORD in order to activate these promises, and warfare verses!

HOW TO OVERCOME THE DEVIL:

In Revelation 12 it says that the believers OVERCAME the devil by THREE THINGS:

1. The Blood of JESUS (HOW TO APPROPRIATE THE BLOOD)
2. Their Testimony
3. Not loving their lives unto death

We can plead, sprinkle, and apply the blood of JESUS as protection, like the Israelites did with the BLOOD OF A LAMB, on the doorposts, when the Destroyer angel came upon the firstborns in Egypt.

Our testimony is our SPEAKING ALOUD, not only the WORD OF GOD, but also giving TESTIMONY to what HE has done for us!

Not loving our lives unto death means that we are willing to GIVE UP our lives for the LORD JESUS…..not matter the cost! This is the place where we are the MOST EFFECTIVE for CHRIST…..and most feared by the devil!

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.” Revelation 12:11

HOW TO GET THE VICTORY OVER THE DEVIL:

The KEY to being an OVERCOMER is to WALK BY FAITH!!

“For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the VICTORY that has overcome the world—our FAITH.” 1 John 5:4

It is our FAITH that will give us the VICTORY every time! We must be persistent, longsuffering, and NEVER GIVE UP! For our FAITH is our SHIELD against the EVIL DARTS of the enemy! It is one of the MOST important pieces of our Spiritual Armor !

“Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.” Ephesians 6:16

*****LET YOUR FAITH BECOME A FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH….

TO PULL DOWN STRONGHOLDS, DISMANTLE ALL PRINCIPALITIES, AND TO SEVER EVERY ATTACK THAT COMES AGAINST YOU!
