An Epidemic of Stealing & Robbery

Proverbs 22:6 – Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.

Proverbs 29:15 – The rod and reproof give wisdom, but a child left to himself brings shame to his mother.

This morning, the 5th of November 2025, at about 5 a.m., the following scene unfolded in a revelation. I saw a band of kids who had formed a neighborhood gang for the sole purpose of committing crimes in various ways. It was a Sunday morning, and I was in church.

I was led to go out, and I found myself walking toward a nearby house. I saw this house surrounded by many kids—about 9 to 12 years old. Some of them had already broken inside. I rushed to see what I could do to stop the situation. When I approached the doorway, there were several of them inside, and each one was carrying a loot in his hands, rushing out with lightning speed. I was outnumbered, and their feet were like those of gazelles. I could only watch, feeling helpless to do anything.

I knew the owner of the house in the dream, and he was attending the church service. I went back and alerted him about what was happening in and around his house. I said aloud, “There is an epidemic of stealing in this area.” That is how the scene ended.

When I awoke, the Spirit began to reveal a few things to me. First, this spirit of theft among children has been released. The majority of these kids were not coming from Christian families. This is why children must be raised and admonished in the ways of the Lord while they are still young.

In April and May of 2022, I was asked to teach Sunday School at a local church. It was just supposed to be a one-hour lesson for two Sundays. I had never done that ministry before. In the midst of it, a parent told me that her child said he would continue coming to Sunday School if I continued teaching. That was the encouragement that kept me going beyond the two Sundays I was meant to fill in. I was glad to do my part in spiritually mentoring and nurturing those young children for that season.

Secondly, this is a trumpet call to alert us: this will not remain confined to that age group. Some years back, around 2021–2022, I saw this same spirit being released among adults. It will go a notch higher. I saw many women stealing things from households. In the time ahead, everyone will be stealing. Guarding your houses and homes will become your next assignment. It will go beyond the measures we are taking now.

When we were young teens, a minister from the United States came to my country and held meetings at the Safari Park Hotel. (My father worked there as a Maintenance Engineer.) We decided to attend the meeting. Free buses were provided every two hours. The minister’s name was Jerry Savelle. There was a statement he made that stayed with me. He said, “In America in the 1970s, you could sleep in your house without locking your door. But that is no longer the case.”

That was many years ago. What do you think is happening now in many neighborhoods today? Now you can see how this dream-vision fits the present time.

Ten years ago, I watched a YouTube video by Brother Elvis Zapata. He saw the same thing I saw today: hungry children grouping together to snatch things from people, especially those coming from the store. Some of the children were as young as nine years old.

Thirdly, the Spirit made me aware that many things are coming upon the earth that will test many. There is no R for the rest of this year. R will come after the tribulations we are appointed to undergo. The focus now is how you will go through 2026. I know this is not a pleasant message. All the date-setters—Woe unto you. I even heard someone saying it would be this month. It will not happen.

This extends the watching season. Do not focus on everything being posted online, wanting to comment and argue about things that do not nourish your spiritual life. That has become common. When I got saved, I had no knowledge of the internet, yet spiritual life continued as normal. Prayer, fellowship, and the Word were enough. I do not remember anyone complaining.

Test this word, and subject it to the spotlight of the Spirit.
